Well thought out and designed for speed
What do you like best about the product?
Many default templates and processes are provided that we could use to help with meeting compliance requirements. Many automations are offered, that once integrated, automatically help satisfy relevant security and compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We did have one uncommon need and they provided a workaround for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has helped automate and manage our compliance and audit related evidence collection. As we implemented Sprinto, we also dicovered that we could improve some of our internal processes for vulnerability management and other tasks that were previously manual, by taking advantage of automations provided in Sprinto.
Had switched to Sprinto from Drata and have found Sprinto a lot easier to use and better at the offered automations.
Sprinto's onboarding process was a breeze. We worked with Akshay Bhalotia, a compliance expert with a strong engineering background. He not only helped us understand the compliance requirements but also provided specialized suggestions related to AWS and Azure cloud features that we could directly leverage. He was able to find solutions where our processes required changing Sprinto's default settings. His guidance made it really easy to navigate the large number of controls and workflow checks needed to demonstrate compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has been instrumental in guiding us through the compliance process. Our Customer Success Manager provided comprehensive support, giving us full visibility and ensuring we didn’t miss any crucial steps. Their expertise and clear guidance made achieving SOC2 compliance straightforward. A major highlight was their management of auditor communications, which significantly eased our workload.

There's nothing that stands out as a drawback.

Sprinto has simplified the complex process of establishing and maintaining trust through rigorous security and privacy practices. It has made Compliance Management, Audits, and Certifications far more manageable and efficient, allowing us to focus on our core operations.
Hand-held compliance made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Getting SOC compliance is made easy and systematic. Great customer support from Akshay B, especially the guidance around Sprinto through screen sharing/pointing
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some manual workarounds required for various fields, especially hardware encryption. Some versions of windows did not have it, but I would've like manual verification to be easier when a 3rd party app was used as a replacement

Making sure we're SOC compliant. They help to ensure we will pass audits, as well as connecting us with qualified auditors.

Seamless Compliance with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto turned up pretty good in managing compliances, particularly for SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA standards. The platform automates many of the tedious tasks, allowing us to track and implement new compliances much faster and more efficiently. We no longer have to worry about manual tracking or chasing down documentation. Also, communication with the Sprinto team, especially with Peshma Priya, has been great. Peshma was quick to respond, provided clear guidance, and ensured that our compliance journey was smooth. Her support made our experience with Sprinto even more pleasant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Sprinto has significantly simplified our compliance process, the initial setup, especially with integrations, can be a bit challenging for non-technical teams. System can be a bit hard to navigate sometimes because of the number of features. Additionally, the cost may seem high for smaller companies, but given the time and effort saved in managing compliances, it’s a worthwhile investment.

It simplifies and accelerates the compliance process by streamlining documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring all requirements are met efficiently. This has saved us significant time and effort, making compliance management far more manageable and less stressful.
Experience with Sprinto Exceeded our Expecations
What do you like best about the product?
I was very impressed with Shruti Saraswat our Customer Success Manager. She did an excellent job walking us through the SOC2 Sprinto platform certification process, helping us to select the right Audit partner and assisting us with the audit which made an experience that otherwise could be very complicated and frustrating, very efficient and enjoyable. It's rare to meet people who love what they do and are able to deliver such an excellent service and experience. We are very grateful for all of Shurti's help and support and this is what will keep us as a customer and recommend Sprinto to our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Sprinto platform and very automated and intuitive. We did experience a few bugs, but they were quickly resolved via Sprinto ticketing system.

Experience so far has been satisfying.
What do you like best about the product?
I would likely recommend Sprinto to a friend or colleague if they are looking for a streamlined way to achieve and maintain compliance, especially for ISO & SOC2 certifications and other information security audits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI changes, as well as any other maintenance that occurs. It is extremely inconvenient, and it takes ages for the ticket to reach the engineering tem, and the procedure of reverting the modifications is unthinkable. Overall, I have no qualms about minor faults, but Sprinto's UI updates and the turmoil they cause are quite inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is solving the problem of managing and automating compliance processes, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2. This benefits me by saving time, reducing manual effort, and ensuring continuous compliance with minimal hassle.
