Smooth experience for SOC 2 compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager Shivang has provided us with a smooth experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such, there has been no downside up until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Soc -2 complaince its helping us in all the aspects.
Sprinto helped us get SOC2 compliant way before we imagined we would get there
What do you like best about the product?
Their prompt support. Whenever we had a question, we would hardly have to wait for a couple of minutes to get a reply. And they never delay junmping into a call if that is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their data fetches happen periodically (example: fetche employees list from google workspace). If those could happen at a higher frequency, or in real-time, that would be amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has been an incredibly user-friendly tool that has significantly accelerated our compliance journey. It took what can typically be a daunting and time-consuming task and simplified it in ways we didn’t expect.
One of the biggest highlights of our experience with Sprinto has been the outstanding support from their team. Their dedication to customer service is unmatched, and I’ve been able to reach out to them at any time, receiving quick and helpful responses every single time. Their supportive nature is a huge plus, as it made us feel confident that we were never alone in our compliance efforts.
A special mention goes to Arjun, who has been instrumental in guiding us throughout this journey. His expertise, patience, and dedication were key factors in our success, and we were able to achieve ISO 27001 certification in a very short time – something we never expected to happen so quickly.
Overall, Sprinto has exceeded our expectations, both in terms of the tool itself and the exceptional service behind it. If you're looking for a reliable, efficient solution for compliance, Sprinto is the way to go.

While Sprinto has been an overall positive experience, we raised few feature request as a part of improvement. One of the feature i would say to be added is multiple policy owners

One of the major challenges we faced before using Sprinto was the manual tracking and collection of compliance evidence. It was a time-consuming, error-prone process to gather all the necessary documentation and keep everything up to date, especially with changing requirements. Sprinto has been a game-changer in this area.
The platform automates the collection of evidence, making it much easier to stay organized and on top of our compliance requirements. It continuously monitors our systems and helps us ensure that our evidence is always up to date, without the need for constant manual intervention. This automation has saved us countless hours and has given us confidence that we are always audit-ready.

Sprinto is perfect soultion for compliance needs of an SME with excellent end-to-end integrations and comprehensive risk analysis on all frontiers of people, process and technology. What do you like best about the product?
Many default templates and processes are provided that we could use to help with meeting compliance requirements. Many automations are offered, that once integrated, automatically help satisfy relevant security and compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We did have one uncommon need and they provided a workaround for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has helped automate and manage our compliance and audit related evidence collection. As we implemented Sprinto, we also dicovered that we could improve some of our internal processes for vulnerability management and other tasks that were previously manual, by taking advantage of automations provided in Sprinto.
Had switched to Sprinto from Drata and have found Sprinto a lot easier to use and better at the offered automations.
Sprinto's onboarding process was a breeze. We worked with Akshay Bhalotia, a compliance expert with a strong engineering background. He not only helped us understand the compliance requirements but also provided specialized suggestions related to AWS and Azure cloud features that we could directly leverage. He was able to find solutions where our processes required changing Sprinto's default settings. His guidance made it really easy to navigate the large number of controls and workflow checks needed to demonstrate compliance.

Sprinto has been instrumental in guiding us through the compliance process. Our Customer Success Manager provided comprehensive support, giving us full visibility and ensuring we didn’t miss any crucial steps. Their expertise and clear guidance made achieving SOC2 compliance straightforward. A major highlight was their management of auditor communications, which significantly eased our workload.

Sprinto has simplified the complex process of establishing and maintaining trust through rigorous security and privacy practices. It has made Compliance Management, Audits, and Certifications far more manageable and efficient, allowing us to focus on our core operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting SOC compliance is made easy and systematic. Great customer support from Akshay B, especially the guidance around Sprinto through screen sharing/pointing
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some manual workarounds required for various fields, especially hardware encryption. Some versions of windows did not have it, but I would've like manual verification to be easier when a 3rd party app was used as a replacement

Making sure we're SOC compliant. They help to ensure we will pass audits, as well as connecting us with qualified auditors.
