Security made simple!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Aasim is the best, he's our CSM and was willing to go out of his timezone and way to help us out. We needed security done ASAP and Aasim went above and beyond to meet with us and help us achieve our goals quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really their fault but their audit partner we selected was extremely slow and unresponsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Sprinto is its seamless integration with our existing systems, like AWS and GitHub, which helped us achieve compliance without much manual effort. The automated evidence collection and real-time control monitorig saved us significant time, while the pre-defined policies and expert support ensured that we stayed on trck with compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprinto is very efficient, there are occasional challenges with its user interface for new users, which can take some time to get accustomed to. Additionally, the customization options for certain compliance standards could be expanded to better accommodate unique business needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is solving the problem of managing complex security compliance by automating evidence collection and continuously monitoring control compliance. RagaAI was benefitted by reducing manual effort, accelerating our compliance journey, and providing us with the confidence that we are meeting industry standards . without overloading our team.

No tracking of separate code repo branches. Only master branch is tracked

Central visibility to all policies and processes along with risk posture

What do you like best about the product?
The platform was very simple to use and the support from @Kartik Jain helped trememdously. Kartik was very responsive and knowledgeable of the process. The platform integration with AWS, GIthub etc was seemless

This is not negative items to report at this point

We were looking to be HIPPA complaint for us to be launch our product and Sprinto made it possible

Started strong, but fell off in the second year
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is solid and easy to use, with sufficient prompting to ensure evidence collection is done on time and is pretty thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure what happened, but in my second year with Sprinto I was told that they wanted to swap out my auditors due to a broken relationship. This was news to the auditors, but now I'm not hearing anything from Sprinto or the new auditors. Messages seem to be going into a black hole, and my CSM seems to have gone AWOL. The platform is still solid and works well, but the customer service has seriously declined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We purchased Sprinto to help us achieve ISO27001:2023 compliance. Having gone through SOC2 Types 1 and 2, ISO9001, and other audits with other tools, the Sprinto experience was seamless and helped us achieve compliance in record time. From helping to gather evidence to ensuring that we had appropriate processes in place for areas we did not consider, Sprinto was a huge boon for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Pavithra - the implementation magic lady. She was on top of everything that came up as part of onboarding and resolved along with Sprinto support team to make sure the onboarding is very smooth, meaningful and ontime.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, may be look at more integrations in future roadmap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GRC - integrating all possible tools to capture, monitor, log and audit the data for achieving compliances on numerous security frameworks like SOC2, ISO, GDPR, FedRaAMP etc. Their workflow management is excellent. Over all i liked all the offerings of the product, compliance, support and follow up processes.

Continues monitoring of controls and integration with various platforms and tools. Special thanks to Sai Hemanth for the onboarding sessions.

Would be great if we also had access through Sprinto network in auditors around Europe.

Achieving certification and having control on the progress is a must.
