Sped through SOC 2 with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Akshay Bhalotia was an amazing guide for us throughout the process of getting compliant. He was always super responsive and helpful in answering questions as to how to do everything correctly. Additionally the guides walk you through all the complicated steps you need to take.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, SOC2 is just a lot. There might have been one bug, but it was resolved the next day.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto simplifies our manual efforts with its automation-driven approach to compliance. Its seamless integrations make tracking progress easy, and it also offers MDM (Mobile Device Management) capabilities for enhanced security and device control. The implementation partner was highly collaborative in resolving issues, providing excellent support throughout the entire journey. This makes Sprinto a comprehensive all-in-one solution, allowing us to be the first to achieve faster compliance with its automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's pricing may be steep for organizations with limited budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates most of the evidence collection, vendor risk assessment, and MDM tools, facilitates SOC, ISO, and other compliance achievements, and provides notifications for vulnerabilities and infrastructure issues, streamlining the entire compliance process for efficiency and effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
We had an excellent experience with Sprinto and their team. The platform integrates effortlessly with our existing tools, greatly reducing manual work. Sprinto was rapidly implemented within our business, simplifying the onboarding process for all staff and streamlining the coordination of key personnel involved in security compliance. It also enabled us to roll out security policies and training across the organization swiftly.

Documenation is little outdated in few areas (mainly for aurora DB serverless monitors)

Reminders and the dashboard for all the pending activities. Shivang Saxena has been particularly helpful in getting us set up to use Sprinto.

Support tickets are generally immediately addressed, however, calls with the support person would be a better option at times to resolve the issue immediately.

A comprehensive dashboard to track all the pending items, an overview of the number of controls being met for compliance helps.

We recently acquired our SOC 2 certification with the help of Sprinto, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The platform is incredibly easy to use, making the entire compliance process straightforward and stress-free. A special shoutout to Mitesh, our account manager, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire journey. His guidance and quick responses to our queries made all the difference. I couldn't believe how easy it was to get certified with Sprinto.
1) They paired us up with a really helpful implementation specialist (Hi Dom!) who checked in on our progress every step of the way and who answered any questions we had
2) They have an enormous number of integrations, so that any certification steps that can be automated are automated. This means not only are you getting certified easier, but your company policies are being adhered to in an air-tight way.

What do you dislike about the product?
This wasn't Sprinto's fault, but I found when integrating with Microsoft a bit complex.
If you use Microsoft as a vendor, you will find that you have to add them multiple times if you use them in multiple ways (for example we use Azure, and Microsoft 365) - trying to track down Microsoft's SOC2 certification proved to be like trying to go on a wild goose chase.

Great experience from beginning to the end
What do you like best about the product?
It made getting SOC2 and ISO certified a breeze. Sprinto has a great combination of technology that automates providing evidence to a LOT of the requirements, together with great services to help you close the remaining gap. This meant we could get certified in probably 20% of the time it would have otherwise taken.

I really struggle to think of anything. It truly was a great experience.
