What do you like best about the product?
Automated compliance- The process of collecting evidence and uploading reducing the maual effort.
Conintuous and real time monitoring: The platform continuously monitors compliance status, ensuring employees are up to date with the requirements and completing their tasks.
User-Friendly Interface- the platform is designed with ease and simplifies navigation and operations.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides are that Dr. Sprinto isn't compaitable with certain devices. Some employees as well as from person experience-Dr Sprinto did not run successfully to identify basic security checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier for organizatons to meet regulatory requirements.
Great product and fantastic customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has been a great partner to us over the last 2 years ensuring we are always up to date with our SOC2 Type 2 compliance status. It's a very cost effective solution and the customer support has been fantastic.
The initial onboarding was also very easy and smooth because of dedicated and very skilled Customer Support Manager assigned to us. Very happy with the overall product and support experience and would definitely recommend Sprinto for any company in search of a compliance management solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few emloyees have faced issues with the Sprinto MDM tool at times and it can be hard to diagnose issues without reaching out to Sprinto support. However, the support team has been great in addressing all issues in a timely manner.

it was great working with Mitesh,Very good support,helped us to get get our certification quickly.

Most of the things are automated, you only need to focus on doing right things instead of get buried in creatig documentation

Nothing much, overall good experience, May be more integrations.

Getting compliance with all integrations, be it cloud provider or version control. it just pointed us to what needs to be done , translated in to tasks and percentage, once we complete the task of changing configuration of vcs or cloud providerm it instantly sync up with it.

The way it orders and alerts about uncompliant elements, and the granularity.

The DrSprinto agent setup and sync procedure for standard non technical users.

SOC and ISO certificacions tracking. We rely on Sprinto to track the required elements in all the involved areas.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many things to list as dislikes. Being a smaller GRC tool, the out of the box automations require some manual input to a degree, but the support/engineering team do a great job at helping solve any concerns/issues.

What do you like best about the product?
We would not have been able to get our ISO 27001 without it. Easy to use and see all your pending actions in a single place. Customer support is very responsive and ready to help.

Some integrations with other services are not available but they keep adding new ones constantly.

It's a centralised way to see all our security alerts and resources that are not compliant.
Excellent compliance automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
For many years, we've been getting our compliance audits and certifications from one of the big 4 US firms. This was very costly and evidence gathering was all manual every year. It required many man hours from a handful of our staff. We evaluated several competing automation platforms and sprinto stood out to us the most. The two frameworks we used was for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001.
Sprinto did exactly what they were advertised to do, and more. They have a vast number of integrations, including all tools and services that we use. The UI dashboard is clean and mostly intuitive. Majority of the checks are automated and shows exactly which controls they're mapped to. Tasks are assigned and notified to the designated staff. Overall, Sprinto has comprehensive features that rivals that of competing automation platforms at a lower cost, and that's what won us.
The onboarding CSM assigned to us was Varun Mehrotra, who did an exceptional job assisting us throughout the whole process, from initial discovery call through completion of our certifications. This was a new compliance tool for us, so we had to change some of our company’s workflow to adapt. It took us some time to do so, but he was very patient and allowed us to onboard, integrate, and implement at our own pace. Along the way, we had many questions and he was available any time we needed through video conferencing and email (even at US business hours). The help we received shows that he has a a high-level technical understanding of the platform and compliance requirements. It’s support personnel like Varun that takes Sprinto from a great product to an outstanding one.

What do you dislike about the product?
There were a handful of UI bugs, but this did not affect the audit process. I understand Sprinto is still a relatively new company, so this is expected.
Some of the referenced documentation is also either out of date or incorrectly linked.
The biggest con, and this is in no way Sprinto's fault, is that we have a vast AWS infrastructure so resources needed to be tagged for almost everything according to Sprinto's specified tags in order for these resources to be properly identified. This was a bit painful and time-consuming.
Lastly, there is no integraton with on-premise Active Directory as the user identity provider. We no longer use AD, but I know many companies has not migrated to cloud IDPs yet and this would be a huge miss in integration.

Sprinto has greatly improved our compliance processes, making them more efficient and user-friendly while providing excellent support.

the need for more comprehensive documentation for complex features.

Sprinto helps us with security cloud compliance and data security. It saves us time, reduces mistakes, and ensures we meet all regulations.
