Outstanding Experience with Exceptional Features
What do you like best about the product?
For three years, we were managing everything manually, so discovering this platform was truly mind-blowing. We adopted it with some initial hesitation, but the past year has been an outstanding experience. A special mention to our implementation manager, Dominic Savio, who consistently pushed us to fully leverage the platform and took exceptional ownership—going above and beyond to help us achieve our SOC 2 Type II and ISO compliance smoothly and without stress. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost NILL, price is slightly higher to add other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving everyday compliance problem in task based manner and we are able to have everything in track!

What do you like best about the product?
The support I have gotten from kickoff all the way to compliance has been brilliant! Kudos to Ashutosh, Manya and Tahir for taking ownership and accountability of their work

Simplifying Compliance at Scale
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has been a game-changer for our compliance efforts. The readiness platform automates so many checks and integrations, while simplifying the distribution of tasks. We were able to connect anything very easily and get up and running extremely quickly. The provided templates for policy and different internal assessments help the user save tons of time on their compliance journey. We ambitiously started 5 or 6 audits around the same time for different products. We are using Sprinto heavily on a daily basis, and Manya Sharma has been instrumental in guiding us on our journey across all those projects. She was able to get me comfortable with the platform very quickly and has been very quick to answer the slew of questions that have come up across our different products.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience has been positive so far compared to other platforms.

Our team oversees a large portfolio of products, and Sprinto has simplified our efforts to achieve SOC2 readiness, greatly aiding our RFP process. Any issues we've run into along the way, Sprinto support has been there to assist us.
Smooth ISO Certification with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Sprinto for the past five months, primarily to attain ISO 27001 certification for our organization, and it has been an very positive experience. I appreciate how Ajay Tambe, one of Sprinto’s experts, guided us through the process of planning and implementing our Information Security Management System (ISMS). With their assistance, we were able to achieve certification in a few months despite only working part-time on the project. The platform is particularly beneficial with its great policy templates, which saved us weeks of work — they offered an excellent starting point and required minimal adjustments to fit our needs as an early-stage SaaS startup. Additionally, Sprinto’s numerous integrations and its ability to automate the evidence collection process for ISO controls streamlined our workflow. The regular check-ins with their expert were invaluable; he provided fast responses to our questions on Slack and was instrumental in assisting and guiding us throughout the certification process. Furthermore, I find the platform's automation capabilities make getting certified significantly easier. The initial setup of Sprinto was easy, and its integration with tools such as Google Workspaces, Cloudflare, Github, Linear, Sentry, Intercom, and Slack enhances its utility for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first auditor recommended by Sprinto did not seem to be a great fit and it was unclear whether they were accredited to certify us. Once Sprinto recommended a second auditor, the process went smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Sprinto simplifies ISO 27001 certification with expert guidance, integrations, and policy templates, speeding up compliance and certification processes.
Effortless Compliance Management with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sprinto is intuitive and easy to navigate. It's simple yet comprehensive, offering an out-of-the-box security and compliance program management that breaks complex compliance into manageable tasks. The platform automates compliance processes extensively, integrating with many systems that we use in our system dev lifecycle: AWS, Google Business, GitHub and basically automatically gathers evidence and monitors controls in real time. Naturally, the purpose of the tool is to reduce the effort required for manual GRC compliance programs, and given we have more than 2 frameworks in place, it meant we could create efficiencies from one framework to another.
I like the workflows, the tasks set to the individual to complete and the centralised dashboard, I found that we could customise it to a level that still allowed for compliance.
I have also had a very positive experience with the Sprinto team - every call was perfectly timed and well executed with real outcomes on each call. This made it very easy to put the pieces of our compliance journey together without any delays. In addition, they made themselves available in my timezone and over Slack.

If you're looking for an easy and scalable GRC platform without any hassle this is the tool - it's less focused on enterprise, more focused on start up and mid market.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto makes compliance management much easier by automating repetitive tasks and giving clear visibility into audit readiness. The platform is user friendly and it helps track progress in real time, and reduces manual effort during ISO or SOC audits.

Nothing as such — we haven’t found any major issues so far. Everything has been good and working smoothly

Before using Sprinto, we spent a lot of time preparing documents and manually tracking various tasks to achieve ISO compliance. After adopting Sprinto, we have saved a significant amount of time and gained clear visibility into our progress and pending actions. It has truly made the entire compliance process stress free.
Superior Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's customer support is among the best I have experienced in the industry. They are highly responsive with remediation measures to guide one through the compliance tasks quickly and efficiently.

I cannot complain about anything. I am pleased with Sprinto's customer support.

Sprinto gets our business from zero to HIPPA compliance and keeps it there. Sprinto has our backs and gives us confidence in providing our services to our users.
