Excellent Platform and Service
What do you like best about the product?
I used services from Sprinto for getting our product SOC2 certified. In summary I would like to recommend this tool for anyone who is starting out with compliance work or who has a matured Infosec department in the organization.
I interacted with primarily two items: the Platform and the Customer Success+Support team. The highlights of both of them are mentioned below.
*Platform / Tool*
The platform is well built and provides a ton of features and workflows to ease out the entire compliance process. Highlights were
Nearly perfect tool to ensure that all the failing controls are highlighted
Great dashboard which highlights the failing controls in one screen
Great workflow on remediation steps from the tool itself.
Detailed and correct HowTos which ensured that fixing the failing controls was completely DIY and deskilled
*Customer Success / Support*
I worked with Vaishali from the CS team. Overall a very good experience the highlights of the Customer Success and Support team were
Customer success wants you to succeed and take all the steps to ensure that project is on time and meets the target dates and success criterias
Ensured that we are informed and on the right track all the time with focus on the items and take actions which are in line with the Audit and certification goals and requirements
Where ever possible and went beyond call of duty and took actions to expedite the whole process

TAT could have been better for some requests.

Setup is very easy, user friendly, great team to support your security journey

I did not dislike anything as of now. Everything has been good

Executive Sponsor and Chief Compliance Officer
What do you like best about the product?
Streamlined & automated process of collecting data about compliance on a daily basis is ideal. Ease of Use, implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been glitches on the updates and enhancements. Currently dealing with the application collecting data but not being able to automatically post. The testing process must be enhanced with SaaS related solution. We are using standard windows OS so no related complications. Customer Support needs to be more pro-active in resolving these problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping us informed daily in persons/devices that not in compliance. Allows us to get ahead of the curve to support Audits
Easy to use and setup
What do you like best about the product?
Runs in the background without any distractions. Very easy to use and setup. Sprinto team was also very helpful at the begining when we needed them to gude us though the process of recieveng certificaiton.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't currently think of any negatives about Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep our devices secure and make sure we comply with security standards. We tried some other software solutions, and they were very "invasive" and required us to give them a lot of permissions that was kind of sketchy, but Sprinto was able to veryfiy our devices secutity without asking too much control.

Sprinto is an efficient solution to achieve compliance and security at companies.

being able to automate and expedite this otherwise extremely time-consuming process of achieving and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

The pricing could be a problem for small business

By reducing time and effort spent on compliance task management, reducing the risk of non-compliance, and smoothing the audit preparation process, it finally allows organizations to focus more on their core activities.
Smooth ride to getting certified
What do you like best about the product?
The platform gives great insight into the journey ahead and progress toward getting certified. In addition to this, the personal guidance from, in our case Pratikanand, made a big difference when we had questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, but I have to add minimum characters here.

Integrates with most of the other tooling already being used in the business (i.e. HR , DevOps, CRM, Helpdesk, etc).

It is all automated and the staff is very supportive.

Nothing much. All good. We do not have any complaints by far.

We tried to get the ISO and SOC II certificates. Sprinto helps us to achieve the goal.
