Great product and process for certification
What do you like best about the product?
The requirements for ISO27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 are complex and time consuming to manage. However, the Sprinto tool provides guidance and automation that greatly supported us to become compliant and will continue to support us to remain compliant. In addition to the technology, the support provided by the Sprinto advisor, Akshay Bhalotia, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and ensured we understood the requirements and walked us through the more difficult complexities of compliance. Additionally, the cherry on the top was the fact the cost of Sprinto was less than other options we explored.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Sprinto to ensure our data security systems are robust and up to date.

Sprinto made onboarding quick and simple.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto provides a single repository for all onboarding materials, including company policies and training materials, that makes it quick and simple to refresh my recollection on important processes and procedures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Sprinto is that it is not fully integrated into our workspace suite, and therefore constitutes another location and login that I must keep in mind when seeking out information. In other words, there is no "single source of truth" in terms of company information. That being said, it has not been difficult to integrate the Sprinto web application into my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the perspective of a user, Sprinto is providing a single repository for firm policies and training materials.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto eliminated the complex guesswork by providing an easy to use and understand platform that clearly defined all requirements to accomplish our ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type2 goals. With just a few clicks, all our critical systems and monitors were instantly integrated to the Sprinto platform. If we had any integration issues, Sprinto's support was quick to respond and resolve. Our regular meetings with our implementation manager (Abir Dey) and simple dashboard enabled our small team to move quickly through all the controls required. Abir was always available to meet with us and answer questions and concerns with expert accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints about Sprinto. Their system, process and implementation teams are exceptional.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find anything to dislike about Sprinto. If I had to mention something, it would be that the process was so smooth, I wish we had discovered it sooner

A Very user friendly security compliance platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It's dashboard, easy to navigate to the action items, gives 360 degree view of what is important under one umbrella.
The specialist's proactive attitude and careful attention to detail made the entire onboarding process seamless. In the event that we overlooked or lost any information, they offered follow-up assistance in addition to clear, through sessions.
We intend to continue working with Sprinto to obtain other compliance certifications because the experience is simply great.

What do you like best about the product?
They saved us a lot of time on figuring out what exactly we should change and what we should do in order to achieve ISO and SOC2 certifications. They were there anytime we needed help and their training sessions and questionnaire were all really easy to understand and complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I could say as a drawback.

They headed us to the right direction on what we needed to do in order to get ISO and SOC2 certifications.
Best in industry for SOC 2
What do you like best about the product?
Often SOC2 is considered as lengthy process and hence choosing a right partner is really important. Based on reviews we went with Sprinto and those turned out to be true. The account manager helped us with all the essentials and through every step. The tool is really easy to use and helps you understand the overall security posture. We were able to get our SOC2 certification without any trouble and in time. We use it often understand where our own data security stands, our devices and vendors as well. We use it often to stay updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
At start of the process there were a lot of things to do but with time you realise those are the basics and are necessary. Overall nothing negative.

Helped us get the SOC2 Type II Certificate.
Sprinto- Fast like a flash
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto helped us save n number of hours. While we were thinking of SOC2 the things that we heard from industry were like it's time consuming & will take a lot of your bandwidth. While once we onboarded on Sprinto team helped us plan all the activities along with the timelines which we were as per our convenience. The account manager ensured that we are adhering to the timelines & once dependencies from our end were over they delivered even faster. It helped us stay on top of overall security posture, ensured that we are able to track vulnerabilities from our vendors. Now we have a process to look where we stand in terms of security which was built with the help of our account manager. It's super easy to use! Overall where we were expecting really slow process but we had a experience like a flash.

At start it feels little overwhelming but the then team supports you throughout and ensures that you have amazing experience.

Sprinto is helping with us the security posture ensuring that our systems are safe and secure.
