Great tool, facilitates organizational compliance requirements
What do you like best about the product?
From my experience working with compliance management tools, I consider Sprinto to be a very good asset for our compliance needs. It unlocks use cases that help us achieve SOC II and ISO certifications. The UI is easy to work with, and the tool is functional—real-time activity tracking and integration with cloud platforms works wonders for us, thereby simplifying the compliance process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little cumbersome to get the hang of utilizing the platform. Sounds like finding remediations also involves many, many steps and clicks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients mandate that we must be SOC2 compliant. With Sprinto, fulfilling the requirement is totally easy. We manage to efficiently fulfill our compliance obligation.

What do you like best about the product?
Their dashboard is robust and makes it easy to understand which tasks need to be completed. The support and weekly calls were extremely helpful, as there is a bit of a learning curve at first. Special thanks to Akshay, who was there every step of the way to implement all the controls and complete the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
We experienced trouble with some of our team accessing employee materials using screen readers. Aprinto quickly assessed the issues and is working on making the platform accessible to people with disabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is solving the challenge of navigating the complex compliance processes of SOC2 and HIPAA. Their robust automation system and user-friendly dashboard streamline task management, making it easier to stay on track. This has significantly reduced the time and effort required to achieve and maintain compliance, benefiting our overall operational efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides are that Dr. Sprinto isn't compaitable with certain devices. Some employees as well as from person experience-Dr Sprinto did not run successfully to identify basic security checks.

Making it easier for organizatons to meet regulatory requirements.
Great product and fantastic customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has been a great partner to us over the last 2 years ensuring we are always up to date with our SOC2 Type 2 compliance status. It's a very cost effective solution and the customer support has been fantastic.
The initial onboarding was also very easy and smooth because of dedicated and very skilled Customer Support Manager assigned to us. Very happy with the overall product and support experience and would definitely recommend Sprinto for any company in search of a compliance management solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few emloyees have faced issues with the Sprinto MDM tool at times and it can be hard to diagnose issues without reaching out to Sprinto support. However, the support team has been great in addressing all issues in a timely manner.

Most of the things are automated, you only need to focus on doing right things instead of get buried in creatig documentation

Nothing much, overall good experience, May be more integrations.

Getting compliance with all integrations, be it cloud provider or version control. it just pointed us to what needs to be done , translated in to tasks and percentage, once we complete the task of changing configuration of vcs or cloud providerm it instantly sync up with it.
