What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Sprinto for almost 2 years now. The best part is the way it enabled you to continiously monitor the security posture. The team was super proactive and help us finish the compliance process faster than the mutually decided timeline. Also, the product was super easy to implement. We got the support from Sprinto team whenever we needed. The dedicated account manager helped us integrate the tool which was super easy, we were expecting the long process but Sprinto made it feel like breeze everytime we used it. Now we are able to montior the risk across devices with just few clicks. We have ensured that we analyse vendor risks on Sprinto atleast once in 2 weeks to stay on top of vulnerabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tried hard intially to find while onboarding on Sprinto but couldn't find any at that time and even after 2 years of continious usage can't find any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto help us get SOC 2 Type II Compliant which is cumbersome process otherwise.

The platform is pretty straightforward to use and it gives a good picture of the tasks which are complete and what is pending to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
We'd like to give a big thank you to Sprinto and especially Gautam for helping us from the very beginning to set up our ISMS in an easy and smooth way. Sprinto's specialised tools and team helped us to effectively meet strict comliance standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can say, but I'm really happy to see that the Portal is getting better and better every week! I'd love to see an easy sort function added, but I know the team is working on it.
