Professional, pleasant, quick iterations, kind, meeting and shortening our timeline targets!
What do you like best about the product?
We had a great experience with Sprinto. Starting from the first call, everything was explained clearly, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. They guided us through each step and provided a timeline that matched our goals.
Our Technical Account Manager, Kishore Kumar, was super impressive. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and was always ready to jump on a call whenever we needed help. His responsiveness made a big difference.
The implementation process was also straightforward and user-friendly. It was quick and easy to follow, which made the whole experience smooth.
I highly recommend Sprinto as a vendor!

What do you dislike about the product?
We had an integration issue initially, but when we contacted Kishore, the technical support team resolved it quickly. Other than that, I can't think of anything we were unhappy about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We completed our ISO 27001:2022 certification with Sprinto. Their support and platform helped us ensure that all processes were in place and that we were acting according to all standards.
Also, we needed a platform that would help us achieve our goals and the certification very quickly. Of all the other options, their timelines were the shortest, and we ended up completing this project even faster.

Easy Compliance with Sprinto's Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
We needed to get SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR compliant, and we were pretty clueless at first. Sprinto made the process easy. Their system is simple to manage, and they coordinated everything with the auditors. The pending tasks looked overwhelming, but Sprinto connected with us every day to ensure we understood everything and could fix our dashboard issues. They assigned us Simran as our Customer Success Manager, and she was amazing. She helped us get compliant quickly without much work.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, the process seemed overwhelming and we had some trouble figuring things out. But once we got in touch with Sprinto's support, they helped us sort everything out.

Sprinto solved our compliance challenges with SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR. Their easy-to-use system and coordination with auditors made the process simple.

I found Sprinto very easy to use and navigate as an employee doing the infosec compliance part. This is compared to other competitors available in the market.

I worked with Varun Mehrotra from Sprinto in getting ISO27001 certified. He was extremely helpful in guiding us through the entire process in getting certified. His assistance was invaluable with both Sprinto and with the auditor.

Overall, Sprinto is a great platform. However, the notifications, both overall and on established controls, could be improved.

Having a continuous security platform is crucial for any data platform for three key reasons: establishing controls to ensure constant compliance, demonstrating this compliance to auditors for necessary certifications, and presenting this to customers to build trust.
