SPRINTO made my SOC @ experience easy-peasy
What do you like best about the product?
My Customer Success Manager, Varun, walked me through every step in the process, minimized my work and made everything easy for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind to be honest, it's similar to other platforms except there's even my automation, which equals less work for me. And you guys give us access to very affordable auditors which helps a small business like ours out a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprinto is a robust platform for cloud security and compliance, there are a few areas where it could improve to provide even greater value to its users.
Here are some suggestions:
- Direct remediation: Currently, Sprinto identifies security and compliance issues, but it would be helpful if it could also provide remediation and solutions directly from its platform. For example, if Sprinto detects an AWS misconfiguration, it would be useful if it could allow fixing the issue directly from its portal.
- Policy-based automation: Another area where Sprinto could improve is by bringing in policy-based automation for auto-remediation. This would allow organizations to set up policies that automatically remediate issues as soon as they are detected, reducing the time and effort required to maintain compliance and security.

By monitoring our ISO, SOC 2, ITGC, and IFC compliance status, Sprinto eliminates the need for us to be industry experts in compliance. The platform provides reports and information that are compatible with auditor requirements, making it easier for us to prepare for audits and meet compliance standards.
Sprinto simplifies decision-making, policy, and SOP revision processes. The platform's user-friendly interface and intuitive design enable us to quickly identify and address compliance and security gaps. With Sprinto, we can streamline our compliance and security management processes, reduce the risk of non-compliance, and focus on growing our business with confidence.

The sprinto team was very attentive, and each member was polite and very helpful; but espeially Akshay Bhalotia

The also loved how the portal tracked you progress on multiple different types of audits as well as the SOC2, so you know how close you are to the next certification, including the number of controls left to complete. Finally the costs were also very resaonable, cumulatively making the journey to SOC2 and other audits/certification easier.

Sprinto has made SOC2 / GDPR compliance very achievable and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
All the templates, integrations and automated workflow checks save a ton of work. However, the absolute best part of working with Sprinto is the support to ensure that you complete your compliance certification. Every person I engaged with at Sprinto has been helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Akshay, who answered all of our questions during our setup to prepare for audit, whether it was on Slack, Zoom, or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a little trouble with the training module and it's tracking. I'm confident Sprinto will improve that as they are actively improving the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small team that has to juggle lots of priorities. It's unlikely we would have even kicked off this project, much less completed it, without the essential software and services received from Sprinto.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto has done the whole journey enjoyable, although there are certain areas can be improved upon.
We told that our US and India entities should be part of the certificate, but, this was initially not taken care of. So, we ended up editing the documents manually to include both the entities. It will help if Sprinto supports inclusion of the parent company and subsidiaries and other related entities which are to be included in the document right in the beginning, so such last minute glitches could be avoided.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Sprinto brings in all the required processes and procedures that any company should follow in its easy to use interface. This is a huge time and effort saver.
2. Throughout the journey, we are guided and nudged so we keep moving in the right direction. This helped in wasted efforts in most of the cases.

Good platform with a great team - made getting SOC2 compliance relatively painless.

Really easy to use, lots of guidance and the team were quick to respond to questions and provide additional help when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Great and very helpful support; easy to integrate and use with whatever products we are using in our product. Sai Hemanth was our TAM and he was super helpful and played a vital role in helping us become ready for the audit!

Very easy to use. Support was very helpful. We got to tthe Audit stage i nabout a month, whihc If eel was very quick. Changes were made quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software needs a liitle bit of an update.
