Fast, professional and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Delivered exactly what it promised, automated compliance in a timely manner. Excellent customer support and guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not really say there were any significant downsides to consider, it seems like Sprinto deliveres on what all the other compliance vendors promises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made the security certification process a lot faster and easier than intitially expected.

Documentation whcih is shared in sprinto it says how to fix it , But we would be more intrested in getting background information on the relevant link which is shared by sprinto.

Quick and affordable SOC-2
What do you like best about the product?
Affordable for startups and work fast. That's all you really want for compliance like SOC-2. Get through the requirements with lowest lift on your end as cheaply as possible. They take on a lot of the heavy lifting for you. Took 3 weeks to go from first call to being ready to start the observation period. I worked with Akshay and we met 3-4 times for the entire process. They also help you find an auditor familiar with their collection process during the observation period. Now we just check a dashboard every week to see if we're following all the rules for compliance, need to address them if anything comes up, and wait until our official audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to make some major infra migrations in order to work with compliance solutions they integrated with. Would have appreciated clearer guidance and documentation on a path forward. Heroku/Vercel are pretty common infra stacks amongst startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps me get SOC-2 Type II certified. This makes it easier for us to get through IT reviews since we connect to sensitive data sources.

What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto platform offers a remarkably intuitive and uncomplicated experience. The implementation process was smooth, thanks to the assistance of the consultant assigned to me. My onboarding specialist provided meticulous guidance every step of the way, addressing all my inquiries promptly. With its seamless integration capabilities with other platforms, managing compliance becomes effortless. Additionally, adding any unlisted company was a breeze. The automated system reminders for ongoing compliance further streamline the process, making it exceptionally convenient for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downsides to using Sprinto.

Although Sprinto offers a smooth audit process and exceptional support, it could benefit from incorporating CAIQ and other questionnaires. This addition would enhance its ability to address a broader spectrum of compliance needs, ensuring comprehensive support for diverse audit requirements.

Sprinto changes everything for early stage startups who need SOC 2 Type II
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's secret weapon is it's amazing customer success advisor. Even if you're a small account, they still dedicate someone to walk hand-in-hand with you through the audit. These advisors have deep security and compliance knowledge. Akshay Bhalotia, our dedicated rep, was extremely available and helped us construct a very efficient, secure program in record time (I think it was 2 weeks to get to 90%, and 10% for us to follow up with straggler items). I can't imagine having done this successfully without Akshay's help and expertise. Akshay in particular was also extremely cheerful - which, when you're undergoing a stress-inducing audit, is worth its weight in gold. A+ for Akshay, and really making Sprinto look good. I've been singing Sprinto's praise to all my startup founder network, and certainly will continue to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really this is an incredibly win-win scenario. We get a solid SOC 2 foundation of controls and a secure baseline, and we get access to complete a SOC 2 audit a full year before we thought it'd be feasible. Sprinto gets to have us early on as a customer, and we can grow together as our compliance need and complexity grows.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto team has been great to lead us at Neofin through the compliance and certification process. They have been super helpful in comunicating the requirements, monitoring the potential violations and helping us build the relevant policies and guidelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot remember anything negative about our collaboration.

It is a smooth experience to use Sprinto. The insfosec training was a easy to comprehend.

For a new employee who has joined the organisation, it helps in infosec training. All the modules for infosec training needs to be completed in a stipulated timeframe.Thus this helps in setting a clear policy for the company.
