Onboarding Sprinto is exceptionally great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto as a system is well designed, structured, and developed with coporate users in mind.
Onboarding Specialist Akshay Bhalotia is great, helped us through the process with great knowledhe in the Sprinto tool, compliance guardence, cusotmer experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are many ways to get to the same information in Sprinto system, some times it's confusion (where am I or where I came from).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC 2 compliance
Made the process much more understandable.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto and our rep, Akshay Bhalotia made the process of attaining SOC 2 compliance much simplier and easy to understand. I was very pleased that it integrated easily with many of our vendors and was able to automate so many of the tasks through those integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some initial trouble with the Zoho integration, but Akshay Bhalotia and his team were able to assist us in getting that resolved quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto made the SOC 2 compliance much easier to understand and the automation and reminders make it much more managable to remain in compliance with all of the ongoing checks and reminders.
Review of ISO Process with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
how much they automate the process of getting an ISO certificate. It really saved us a lot of time and effort. Plus, their team was very responsive and helpful, quickly addressing any questions we had and making the entire experience much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, there wasn't much I disliked about Sprinto. However, we did experience some back and forth regarding the best practices for setting up monitoring. While they were quick to update their platform to align with our setup, it took a bit of time to get everything sorted out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is solving the complex and time-consuming process of obtaining an ISO certificate. By automating much of the process, they significantly reduce the workload and streamline the steps needed for certification. This has allowed us to focus more on our core business activities rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks. Their efficient and responsive support has also ensured that any issues are quickly resolved, making the entire certification process smoother and more manageable for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Continues support and follow up, very well organized, helpful and most importantly, they know the procedures and empower the company with the needed confident and tools.

I did not find any, the colleagues from sprinto were very helpful and committed.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's dashboard and pages make checking on compliance status a complete breeze. At a glance, I can see exactly what we still have to do, and check on any areas that still need work. The notifications are timely and helpful. The many service integrations Sprinto offers makes it simple to automate the checks on a ton of the services we use too. Additionally, our integration team of Akshay Bhalotia and Shruti Saraswat have been amazing hand very helpful! They've been able to answer all of our questions the minute they arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some aspects of the dashboard that seem to get stuck sometimes. It's not a big problem because we just email our team and they take care of it right away, but if I'm in a good flow it does take me out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto's structured compliance frameworks means that we don't need to hire our own compliance team to figure out all of the tasks we need to do. This saves us a great deal of time and money.

Sprinto has been instrumental in our journey towards achieving SOC2 and ISO27001 certifications. As a cloud-native platform, Sprinto's specialized tools and provided us with the robust foundation needed to navigate and meet stringent compliance standards effectively.

Nothing, I could think of. Everything went smooth and when challenges arised, we got expert level support.

Hassle free SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto staff are always there to help and the system is extremely well structured and takes off most of the burden of getting ready to be certified.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOC2 is overwhelming even with something as well structured as Sprinto it may be scary but it just takes 3-4 hours to get most of the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removed most of the bureaucracy from getting ready to be SOC2 compliant and helped us find weaknesses in our current organizational structure.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Sprinto is how it takes the headache out of compliance. The automation is a lifesaver, handling everything from monitoring controls to collecting audit evidence. Integrating Sprinto with our cloud setup was seamless, and now we can keep an eye on compliance in real-time without the usual hassle. The platform’s user-friendly dashboard is great, and the support from their compliance experts is top-notch. We spend way less time on compliance tasks, which means more time for us to focus on growing our business.

I think the Trust Center could be designed a bit more nicely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that you get a lot of free stuff in it, like vulnerability management, MDM, etc. The centralized approach makes it easy to manage everything in one place, and the support from their team has been fantastic.

Sprinto was critical in helping us prepare for ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPPA compliance. Their team, especially Mallika Arjun, provided great support, making the process smooth and efficient. Sprinto helped us stay within budget and meet our deadlines, which is crucial for a growing startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could use improvement is the criteria guidelines for selecting auditors. The current method provided by Sprinto is somewhat vague and could be more structured.
