Great value platform, makes audits very easy
What do you like best about the product?
I've used similar platforms in the past, but while they claim auditors will use the platform, I have still had to sit and provide each document to the auditor separately, which was very time consuming. Our audit with Sprinto was extremely low touch, which was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are iterating quickly, but there are some parts of the platform that are a bit clunky / unintuitive that I hope get fixed soon as we are scaling pretty quickly! They are very responsive to support requests though.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing our ISo27001 compliance online and all in one place enabled us to gain compliance quickly.

A few of our critical systems do not yet integrate into Sprinto, meaning we have to manually enter some information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto guided us through becoming ISO27001 compliant and provided templates/ support for areas where we needed improvement.
Easy to use & helpful guidance
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has been a great tool for us to understand SOC 2 compliance and to help us achieve and maintain it. The site is easy to use and our onboarding specialist Akshay Bhalotia has been very helpful in guiding us through the implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool that is downloaded by employees to monitor for endpoint compliance can be confusing in some situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The dashboard views and email reminders are useful and the integrations with our numerous platforms made setting up our records of our people and systems a breeze. Template policies were a huge benefit, and knowing they were designed with a history of being accepted by auditors was reassuring. Built-in employee training for various topics was also a plus. The vulnerability and infrastructure tracking provided and recomendations made for additional AWS & Github tools has definitely improved our security posture.

What do you dislike about the product?
Better differentiation between manager view and personal view. Ie when I see I'm personally assigned tasks on manager mode- very hard to navigate back into personal mode to complete them.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Sprinto for 6 months and I am thoroughly impressed. The dashboard feature is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to keep track of my pending work and identify which elements need focus. The customer service provided by my representative, Sai Hemanth, was outstanding. Sai was always responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful, ensuring that any issues were quickly resolved. Overall, our experience with Sprinto has been an excellent and I would highly recommend this to any business owner wanting to become ISO27001 certified.

So far we have not had any issues with Sprinto.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto was easy to use and Ahskay was very helpful. The process made going through the ISO compliance process much easier than if we would have tried to do it on our own.

There were a few bugs with the process, but Sprinto was very responsive in fixing those quickly or giving us work arounds.

Sprinto provides an organized, efficient approach through the ISO compliance process. The process would have taken us much longer without Sprinto.

Framework level pricing though is industry standard today but does not make sense as all frameworks have more or less similar controls
