Good Compliance Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success manager Nandhini Ilangovan has been very helpful and very responsive, she has been taken very good care of us during the implenmentation of this project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform throws bugs very often, slow loading times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sprinto makes compliance an easy-to-use tool for organizations but also simple to navigate for users of those organizationstions

I have not come across anything major so far.

What do you like best about the product?
- Sprinto application is easy to use and understand. It brings all the key information in a single place in terms of compliance to framework and their current state.
- So far support from Sprinto team is really good & responsive.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Few minor issues are found in the dashboard once in a while but mostly solved immediately on reporting.
- Missing integrations with Opensource applications like Keycloak, etc which we use currently. These integrations can greatly reduce the manual upload of evidences.
- Provision for adding customized roles is missing but not a show stopper.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance to ISO 27001:2022 & SOC 2 framework: Critical for our business and Sprinto helps us to proactively manage the compliance with ease on a daily basis and meeting our SLA's
Extremely helpful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation and integration, as well as the support system, was extremely helpful and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside to autosync is that sometimes it does not fetch correctly, and I have to manually click fetch to get it to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is capable of diagnosing the entire infrastructure, which aids in the identification of any security holes.
Simple & Stress-free Compliance at your fingertips
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, and it integrates well with AWS and Google Workspace. Sprinto's support team has been great with timely and effective customer support. Additionally, their CSM Vaishali Pillai has been extremely helpful especially when we were renewing our SOC2 & ISO certifications. Account manager Shivang Saxena ensures that in case of delays, things are effectively addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. It’s been a great experience so far and we have had wonderful support from their Customer Success team making things simple and easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a SaaS product vendor ourselves, one of our biggest challenges has been managing security & web compliance as well as compliance for SOC2 & ISO27K. Sprinto has helped us reduce a lot of manual work, save time and make it less erroneous. Intuitive dashboards provide us with the current level of compliance at any given point in time.
Got SOC 2 compliant in a couple of months
What do you like best about the product?
Their app is cheap compared to the competition. The competition is trying to scare you that you are not doing the right choice with Sprinto, "they heard bad things about them", it is just horse sh**. They are really proactive, their app is overall pretty easy to understand and is doing the job just fine and they are commited as much as you to get your certification. In fact they go as quickly as you can.
So I'm really happy with my choice, the app is a really nice building block in your security journey, everything is there and monitored and also there is someone behind to help you with your questions, you are not alone in your security journey!
Also they have access to really cheap auditors in the US. I have been quote locally for the same soc 2 audit a price like 15x what they got me...

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I really dislike... Sometimes in their web interfaces there are sync gliches, not refreshed items but it seems to fix by itself after a while. When you know that it is there you just ignore it and a couple of hours later is often solved by itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help you gather in one place all the evidences, connect the users and monitor their computer for security.

What do you like best about the product?
The Dashboard is very important as I can quickly see which area needs attention and the team can mostly address it in a few clicks. The new chat support is very helpful now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Checks are not needed but could not find a way to remove those, I can ignore those so nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are dealing with sensitive data, we need to let our customers know that their data is secure. It helps both, our customers and us with peace of mind knowing that Sprinto is helping us monitor all the necessary checks and keeping the data secure.

So far, there are no dislikes about Sprinto.

Sprinto helps to check the compliance and security status of various environments within the company, effectively mitigate risks, and fix vulnerabilities. At the same time, it also helps in applying for security certificates.
DisburseCloud SOC2 Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
Shivam was a great help to our team, Sprinto allowed us to easily identify areas we needed to pay attention to. Any questions we had Shivam Sharmawas always available to help in a timely manner. The templates are great
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we had was some of the checks would have articles explaining how to complete them. I am sure these are helpful for some, but our vendors in particular did not align with the instructions. But overall a small issue

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto makes compliance easy by making the inital setup, review, and audit easy to implement. It also makes it easy to stay compliant by running automated reminders for checks/requirements that are needed on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs in the Sprinto dashboard that sometimes makes it hard to understand what your true CTAs are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps our company stay compliant which is a pre-requisite for many of our customers to purchase our product.
