One dashboard for all frameworks
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto simplifies your compliance journey with the implementation of various compliance frameworks you need to adhere to. It's easy to set up, automates 90% of security checks, and supports integration with numerous tools. Their customer support team is highly responsive, offering quick assistance. Thanks to Harish Uthayakumar from the CSM team for his outstanding support
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is no option for custom theme and dashboard optimization for users wishing to create their own dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto has significantly reduced the manual effort needed to attain security compliance with standards such as SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001, thereby enhancing overall security.

What do you like best about the product?
SPRINTO is a great platform that allows you to have a comprehensive view of your compliance status and the steps to resolve most of the points that are missing to be in compliance. The onboarding and implementation team is just superb because they guide you through every step and are fully committed to helping you achieve your certification goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rather than disliking it, I believe there's room for improvement in increasing the synchronization frequency of cloud provider resources based on their tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We set out to become certified in SOC 2 to provide greater confidence to our clients, and SPRINTO allowed us to have a comprehensive view of our status and how we manage all our resources, policies, and procedures in a more organized manner.

Sprinto automates most of the cybersecurity compliance tasks, making the entire process smooth and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike. One possible area of improvement is to integrate a Chat GPT feature into a virtual assistant to help users with cybersecurity queries (from the internal team or clients team)

Cybersecurity is often considered a complicated field. However, Sprinto has simplified it by automating many tasks, making them much easier to manage. In addition, Sprinto offers users step-by-step guidance throughout the cybersecurity process, making it easier to use and understand.
Great platform to ensure your software is compliant
What do you like best about the product?
User experience is very good as I am able to find exactly what I need to do. I use the product regularly. All the features are excellent viz the change management ones. Customer support is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the UX is good, the UI is a but cluttered as there is too much text.

It helps us follow the process which we might miss during our day-to-day activities

I didn't get much notifications about the tasks which should be completed.

SOC2 And ISO Audits Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made our easy with all our controls in place. Very good customer support, Ajay , CSM helped us to get the audits done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the status of controls take time to sync with the source data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a saas and compliance is key attribute to sell it to enterprises. Sprinto helped us to be compliant.
Exceptional Service
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use platform, the help we had from Varun has been incredible and he has kept me in the loop at each step of the way.Varun is very knowledgable and any questions/concerns we had - Varun was able to answer straight away, provide us the info we needed and also would follow up each meeting with an email of points discussed, actions and next steps - which was very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - I think the only thing I would like to see would possibly be a guide for what each section on the platform does - as there are a lot of hidden areas and sometimes it is confusing. However Varun was super helpful so this wasn't a massive issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto made is very easy for us to reach our ISO27001 and SOC2 goals - the provess was a lot easier than we anticipated and it makes it a) more affordable for companies and b) easier for users to understand the process

The clear and useful insights provided by the organization via the Sprinto platform around multiple guidelines on cybersecurity, and policies helped advance knowledge on deeper topics. You can report any incidents in a giffy if any
What do you dislike about the product?
Considering updates of software os and showing the status as "security settings on this device could be improved." is annoying, as you are not sure about the latest version of the os whether it will be stable or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps to maintain the reporting of SOC type and other compliance easy, as a user I found it useful that all the incidents (if any) can be easily reported to admin without any issues.
