Good at recommending details of inspectors, there are many to choose from.
Very strong vendor for compliance and certifications
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto team has been great to lead us at Neofin through the compliance and certification process. They have been super helpful in comunicating the requirements, monitoring the potential violations and helping us build the relevant policies and guidelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot remember anything negative about our collaboration.

Sprinto helps us build and further maintain the data security and compliance policies that ensure the highest level of safety to our customers. We are working in the financial technology, and such compliance is crucial for us.
Smooth Experience for InfoSec Training and Policy Acknowledgement

It is a smooth experience to use Sprinto. The insfosec training was a easy to comprehend.

For a new employee who has joined the organisation, it helps in infosec training. All the modules for infosec training needs to be completed in a stipulated timeframe.Thus this helps in setting a clear policy for the company.

Sprinto platform is very user-friendly and well-organized. It makes Our Compliance Journey Easy. Their Customer Support was all time Available to resolve our queries and helps us when needed.

there is Nothing to dislike, just a small thing i noticed was bit of lag in the data sync

The ability to identify the applications we use for building the product during integration, pinpoint the problems within them, and provide solutions makes the life of a CTO easier. Also the product is very easy to use and the time taken to implement is less.

Streamline My ISO27001 Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive, Smooth and Easy:
They provide almost everything needed to comply ISO27001 with easy and fast implementation.
Provided that you're willing to do what you have to and have sufficient basic knowledge, It makes the implementation much more easy than everyone expected.
Manual Part:
For those parts required manual monitors / collecting evidence, they provide clear instruction for the monitor and evidence collection, actually, this part is the most important.
Automated Part:
The integration to different platforms is great too, it saves penty of time and effort. In my case, 90%+ can be automated collecting evidence after setup.
Support Part:
Before sales support:
Namely, Suraj, BEFORE Suraj contacting me, and I initially contact Sprinto and ask for extensive info. for ISO27001, complain about insufficient information they provide and even request change the support staff, Suraj actively contact me , and he is patient, give the required info. to me and make me confident to use their service.
After sales support:
Namely, Gurudev and Mitesh, thanks for both of them, in the initial status, Mitesh has meeting with me eveyday, instructions are clear, simple and easy to follow.
Everyting is simple, smooth and quick, honestly, no special help from them is needed. Their response time is reasonable fast, normally within few hours though we're in different time zone.
Don't need to expect what great help they provide, the thing is no great help is needed, everything would be much more smooth and easy than it should be.

It's more important to us, they could really help us comply to ISO27001 instead of "how easy" to comply.
