Quick, thorough, and painless ISO27001 certification!
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility, assistance, and customer support we received through Sprinto secured us ISO27001 certification in the most streamlined and worry-free way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would recommend Sprinto, with its seamless and rapid processes. Nothing to complain about!

We’re grateful to get top quality security and privacy measures with minimal hassle or holdup. It’s been easy as 1,2,3!

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is excellent. It does the work. We had an amazing first year with Sprinto. We got ISO 27001 / SOC2 / GDPR EU & UK / Austalian DPA / PIPEDA & CCPA Compliance. All our compliances were handled by Hemant Singh and Hemant is an amazing person when it comes to compliances and walking you through the platform. They have integrations with almost every cloud providers so there is very less manual effort that you have to take. We were compliant within the first 6 months. Being compliant takes a lot from the platform owners side too. So, if you are said that you will be compliant within 2 months, please see that Sprinto doesn't have to do much here. They will do everything that they can and if your luck is good, you will be assigned an excellend CSM like Hemant. The actual compliance would take much more time as it's you who have to still do thing but Sprinto has everything ready for you, from the training material to document templates. Literally everything. The cost is also amazing compared to other GRC tools like Vanta.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now coming to what I didn't like is the predatory pricing. Sprinto gave us an amazing deal for the first year. Now when it came to renewal, they did quote us 60% more which was unexpected. All of the work that happens is mostly in the first year. From next year onwards, all you have to do is manage the compliance yourself. You don't even need a CSM most of the times. It's actually the first year where Sprinto's team has to handhold you. So, actually, from second year onwards, Sprinto is just a software that you use. But, they still went ahead and did quote us a bomb. We somehow managed to get better rates but still we paid 30% more than 1 st year. But we also did get new frameworks added because we didn't see this cost rise ethical at all. So, we were sure that we needed more since we paid more
My major pain point is that even after agreeing to Sprinto's pricing, they just moved Hemant away from our project and assigned us a fresher to manage our compliance. So, they charged us more and even took away the best CSM that was assigned to us. Now, when we raised this issue with them asked for a new CSM, they just went ahead and forwarded our email to them. This whole thing has really made me sad and this is the only reason I am posting this review here and giving them 5 stars.

Very helpful team. Leela Santosh guided us and helped us through whole process so everything was easy.

Navigating through some sections can sometimes feel less intuitive, potentially slowing down our workflow as we search for specific features or information. This is not to say that the platform is difficult to use; far from it. However, refining these UX elements could make Sprinto an even more seamless tool, enhancing user satisfaction and operational efficiency.

We started our compliance journey without any prior experience in this domain. Sprinto helped us a lot during the onboarding phase and to efficiently prepare and pass the audit.

Sprinto has a great support team and issues are quickly resolved. easy to set up and has good customer service.

It took a bit of time to get a solution for the MFA setup.

We have contractors who supportAvasant. Some do not want to load the DrSpinto app, and thus we have to provide screen shots every 3 months. Hoping there might be an easier way to complete compliance for those non-employees
