Sprinto is a great tool for Information Security Management.
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto as a tool is quite easy to use and the customer support was also good. It is quite simple to integrate with most infrastructure providers. Our main contact from Sprinto, Abir Dey was prompt in his responses and the onboarding as well as continual support from him made the implementation process quite agile and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few hiccups in our experience due to slight delay in support being available. However, this was rectified within reasonable time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sprinto as a Information Security Management System and it helps us stay compliant with the policies we have implemented for information security.
Efficient and User-Friendly: Sprinto helped us achieve our SOC 2 type 2 compliance!
What do you like best about the product?
The detailed analytics and reminders provide valuable insights into team performance and project progress. Also, the team of CSM at Sprinto is really good and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn’t sync with changes done and hence does not provide real-time updates inside the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping to move fast towards the compliance destination by making our compliance journey smoother and quicker. It captures all the necessary controls for SOC 2 and helped us at every step to make sure we are proceeding in the right speed.
Sprinto Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is the tool that makes security compliance possible for a small security team. It allows you to focus on what needs to be done when it needs to be done. Integration with apps is easy. Customer support team is helpful and responsive to suggestions on how app can be improved. Easy to setup and implement. Easy to maintain and audits a now painless vs. painful and time consuming. Sprinto is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
No product is perfect. Some integrations need to evolve as well as some features. But these take time to mature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Effective compliance platform
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto provides a great compliance platform and the pricing is very attractive compared with more established vendors in this field.
However, I would say that what really stands out is their excellent support, which adds a lot of value to the product and means that the onboarding and whole experience sets it apart. We have an assigned implementation engineer (Gautam) that we are connected with on Slack, which means we usually get an answer very fast if we have an issue, and he can quickly jump on a meeting if needed. So it feels more like someone from your team is helping you out, compared to using some ticketing system on a third party portal, which is just an awful experience, not to mention the turnaround time and always speaking with a different support engineer.
Also, since we first started using the product, the interface has improved a lot, meaning it's very easy to use. There are descriptions and guides for most things, like checks and workflow checks. And again if you're a bit stuck with something the support is within a short reach ;-)
Moreover, compared to the more established vendors, they also listen to your input about the use of the platform and are quick to implement new features or fix bugs/issues.
Integration with your tool stack is of course very important, and at least for us, it was very easy to integrate our tech stack. And since then, the number of integration has improved greatly, but of course this is something that should be checked prior to engagement with Sprinto.
I think the most important aspect of the Sprinto platform is actually the catering of multiple compliances, which it does really well. Today there are so many compliance standards and from a marketing point of view it's often a selling point.
Our next step will be to incorporate a brand new system, meaning we'll manage two systems within the Sprinto platform, with different audit timelines etc.

Of course the tool is not a magic wand and there is still work that needs to be done on a regular basis, depending on your selected compliance frameworks . But it's a lot more fun to use the Sprinto platform, and with the latest changes it's now possible to assign administrators with restricted access to certain areas, allowing you to collaborate with more people on the compliance items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a compliance platform, assisting in getting a more automated evidence collection process, and a better overview of the compliance for multiple compliance standards.
Instead of relying on some third party system from an auditor, which usually means uploading tons of evidence, Sprinto integrates with your system and collects a lot of this evidence automatically. Besides this it also manages manual evidence collection, risk management, user access reviews etc. Basically everything related to your compliance(s).

What do you like best about the product?
It's very smooth experience using sprinto, I didn't know how to use it & was using it for 1st time, but didn't felt like that, everything was very smooth, natural, well guided, well structure, fast, & have able to complete all the complaince check within 30 mins, loved it.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest, I am not able to find any such think which I would dislike about sprinto,I am not lying but whenever I have used it I never faced any problem or felt that it should be implemented in a different way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helped our startup get ISO compliance mark, which was great for us, as it helped as pithced our product to big MNC & onboard them as client.
It is good experience as I didn't have to configure my pc or anything, it just scans the pc itself.

dowwnside it seems maybe is there can be a feature to track time which is not available, and may prove handy.

Every Organization should implement Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
I was amazed by looking at how quickly Sprinto diagnosed all laptops of my organization and immediately requested relevant updates to be made to align with security measures for whole organization as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing to consider any such feature that i disliked about Sprinto.

Assisting in meeting regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Addressing issues such as data security, privacy regulations, industry-specific compliance, and internal policy enforcement.

They were extremely professional and guided us through every step of the process. Also, very affordable. I would recommend them to any company seeking SOC 2 certification.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're based in India, which is fine, but it was often difficult to understand their accent during Zoom meetings. Not a major issue though.
