Attentive and Responsive collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Sprint has been a seamless approach to the integration of their project. During implementation of the product there was limited technical knowledge required as their customer support walked my coworkers and I through the process of integrating the various vendors into the product. Due to this feature it made the use of product easy. Due to the regulatory nature of our business we will be using Spinto frequently in the future to maintain our audit requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we had run into minor issues regarding integration of certain aspects of the implementation, the product team was happy and receptive to our feedback and willing to lend a helping hand to meet our organizational needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organization we are moving to a single consolidated audit which will be maintained and run through Sprinto.

Sprinto helped us achieve SOC 2 Type II certification, enabling us to maintain compliance through continuous monitoring.

Ease of Integration , Customer Support and Ease of Use
What do you dislike about the product?
Had some issues while setting up MFA for office365, and we had to the evidence 1 by 1 manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By looking at all the issues and recommendations that we got from SPRINTO, helped us to understand the issues that we have on our current process and how to improve our self's with the expected standards.
Ease of use and smooth customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Sprinto app is very easy to use and the onboarding was smooth. Simran from Sprinto made regular followups on our dashboard items and assisted us whenever necessary. Integration with external vendors was straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sprinto app kept showing a pop-up for pending payment even after the payments were made. It would be great if that is reflected in the app automatically.

Sprinto helped our product become SOC2 and ISO27001 certified.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has streamlined the process for obtaining the necessary certifications, making it more convenient for us. All required information can be stored in one single platform, reducing the need for repetitive checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few minor bugs are present, which can be avoided. However, they are not show stoppers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto effectively streamlines the certification process, saving time and effort. The platform's ability to consolidate information for multiple certifications in one place eliminates the need for repeated checks, enhancing efficiency. This not only reduces the risk of errors but also ensures a smoother and more organized workflow. Sprinto's solution is helping us optimize our certification management, making it more efficient and less prone to issues.
Sprinto helped us to get SOC 2 Type 1 compliance in a very systematic manner
What do you like best about the product?
Automation and talking to external systems like BitBucket, Azure portal etc. effectively to gather the evidence, making the journey of compliance very user friendly. Customer support by "Mitesh Soni" was excellent during this journey. Portal is very user friendly and easy to use and time saving.

Nothing to mention specific. It is almost prefect.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto gave us unified platform to track all our infrastructure. It is very easy for implementation. We liked each and every features, specially AWS and Google Workspace monitoring and integration we liked most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall our team liked integration. Our suggession to allow bulk evidance in case of same descripancy for multiple issues.

Sprinto solved our one-roof requirement for SOC2 compilance. Our integrator Mr. Varun helped a lot to get us compiled!

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's modules make tracking the compliance metrics a breeze that helped us sail through our compliance jouorney easily and quick.
The customer support team is also great and they help you along with everything to make getting compliant easy and quick.
Sprinto's Integrations with all the different vendors is just a few clicks away.
The Sprinto CSM (Ajay Shankar) was with us throught the whole process of compliance guiding us really well.

The Sprinto app sometimes takes a lot of time updating statuses of different modules.

We wanted to be Soc 2 compliant and sprinto made sure that we got compliant in the shortest possible time.

All the controls that are mapped to SOC2 are easily available on the dashboard and it is quite easy for us to make sure we make progress.
Once we are onboarded on sprinto we had a complete smooth experience going through the SOC2 audit.

Sprinto is currently good job, nothing that I think for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We experienced a very smooth way of us being compliant. We were told how our compliance road map would look like and we finally achived us being compliant.
