Highly automated, easy to use. Good guidance
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto provided us with the tools to effectively prepare for ISO27001, SOC2 Type2 as well as GDPR certifications, as well as coordinating the external audits and certifications itself.
Sprinto is highly automated and very easy to use. Guidance by the Sprinto team durng the onboarding and configuration was very good and very responsive. Thanks Abir Dey for your support!

What do you dislike about the product?
no dislikes. We are very satisfied about using Sprinto
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting certified and remaining to do so with ISO27001, SOC2 type 2 and GDPR, without having to spend a lot of administration time (via automation)
Security and Compliance - Redefined
What do you like best about the product?
I have never seen a more intuitive and easy speaking compliance journey. Compliance is usually plain and boring but Sprinto makes it fun and sorts of gamify it for one to complete all the tasks in order to achieve that security certification. The team was always supportive and ready to answer questions, I would love to use this everytime I have anything related to compliance and security. They dwell on the fact that implementation and integration comes at no extra headspace and you'd want to use it every year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there is nothing to dislike about them

Sprinto is helping make security compliance very easy, as someone who comes from a non-tech background, Sprinto was very easy to use and play with.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting certified with our SOC2 was so easy using Sprinto. Akshay was amazing and super helpful to keep us on pace and continued to help us move through the process. Their system is super easy to use and does a lot of the work for you. On the parts that take you to do, they have strong team that helps guide you through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't experience any downsides with Sprinto, and it was a complete suprise to our team on how easy and effecient it was.

The Sprinto platform provides a comprehensive suite of features specifically tailored to efficiently handle all essential tasks required for compliance audits, including those for ISO standards. Our journey to compliance was streamlined and effective, thanks to the Sprinto platform.

Sprinto redefined our compliance journey
What do you like best about the product?
We were going through vendors out there to start our compliance journey. As the initial step, we wanted to proceed with ISO 27001 certification. All the vendors we checked had a lot of manual steps involved and we were required to fill in a large set of Excel worksheets and claimed that the whole audit process would take up close to 6 months. But when we started using Sprinto it was a total game changer. It has automated everything in a compliance journey and seamlessly integrated all the tools that we use within our organization starting Google Workplaces to VCS, Cloud Providers, SAST tools etc... So every validation check was automatically done for us aligning with the ISO 27001 certification controls. We were able to complete all the required controls within two weeks and be audit-ready. What's also cool about Sprinto is they have a wide range of third-party auditors who are connected with them and are very well qualified and aware about the Sprinto platform. The whole process provides a touchless audit experience where Sprinto support team directly involved with the whole process from preparing us for the audit and then working with the audit provider to ensure that as customers we are fully ready with the things required for the audit. I also should note the amazing onboarding support we received from Aravind plus the massive support we received from our account manager Nandhani. Nandhani was instrumental in providing us all the support required and taking us through the audit journey seamlessly from the start to the end.
One other great aspect of Sprinto is that it's not only about just certifying with one regulatory compliance framework. Because a control that you implement in the framework will be cross-available within another compliance framework Sprinto allows us to track those as well. So it's just one platform and a single place to manage your company's whole compliance journey. Loved working and using the platform every bit!

What do you dislike about the product?
Our overall experience with Sprinto was superb. When we were starting they didn't have the support of SonarCloud as a vulnerability monitoring source. But when we mentioned that to Nandhani, the Sprinto team acknowledged it and went ahead and implemented it. So all in all nothing we disliked about Sprinto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a SaaS company - Emojot wanted to become compliant with all the major compliance frameworks as we do care about the privacy and security of our customers and wanted to showcase it. But the road to that was overwhelming with lots of manual work and filled with huge time-consuming tasks. But Sprinto made this process so much easier by automating every touch point within the compliance journey and we experienced it first-hand by going through our ISO 27001 audit journey with Sprinto
Best solution for monitoring security compliances and audit certifications
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is very powerful in what they can do. They have good support and features that make our monitoring easy. They have a lot of integrations of the vendors we use. Sprinto help us to implement and onboard other users in an organisation.

Currently we dont have anything to say and are happy with the application.

What do you like best about the product?
What I've liked most about Sprinto is the ease of use and the excellent customer support. We used Sprinto to prepare for our ISO 27001 certification and the process went absolutely smoothly. The ability to easily add additional frameworks is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything I don't like about Sprinto.

Sprinto is helping us to integrate our infrastructure and automate most of the processes required to prepare for the ISO 27001 audit.
