Great SOC2 experience with Sprinto
What do you like best about the product?
Very helpful team. Leela Santosh guided us and helped us through whole process so everything was easy.
Also, Sprinto has great dashboard software with very well functioning integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is a very efficient compliance solution. The setup process is straightforward, allowing us to integrate seamlessly with our existing systems.
Sprinto supports multiple compliance frameworks and is really useful to generate all the required policies, which can be customized to meet our specific needs. For each framework, Sprinto offers integrated controls to easily ensure compliancy.
The dashboard provides a clear overview of tasks, deadlines, and overall compliance status, ensuring that we can tackle everything in due time. This has been instrumental in keeping our team on track and significantly reducing the stress associated with compliance deadlines.
I want to also highlight the exceptional customer support we received. Nandhini, in particular, went above and beyond in assisting us throughout the process. Her dedication and proactive approach were invaluable, especially during the audit phase, where her expertise and timely follow-ups made a noticeable difference in our experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating through some sections can sometimes feel less intuitive, potentially slowing down our workflow as we search for specific features or information. This is not to say that the platform is difficult to use; far from it. However, refining these UX elements could make Sprinto an even more seamless tool, enhancing user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started our compliance journey without any prior experience in this domain. Sprinto helped us a lot during the onboarding phase and to efficiently prepare and pass the audit.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto has a great support team and issues are quickly resolved. easy to set up and has good customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit of time to get a solution for the MFA setup.

Mostly the security related issues.

Dashboard, up-to-date monitoring and reminders, lets us stay on top of compliance issue, making audits much more smoother. Our main contactShivam Sharma has been excellent, very responsive and great follow-up
What do you dislike about the product?
We have contractors who supportAvasant. Some do not want to load the DrSpinto app, and thus we have to provide screen shots every 3 months. Hoping there might be an easier way to complete compliance for those non-employees
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be (and stay) SOC2 and ISO compliance in an expedited way and by using the Sprinto toolsets, minimal impact on employees

Resolving MFA issues in Office 365 took longer than anticipated.

Sprinto simplifies security compliance by providing centralized tools for streamlined processes, automated monitoring, and reporting. This enhances security, reduces risks, and facilitates the demonstration of compliance to stakeholders efficiently.
Intuitive dashboards put you in control of compliance journey
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto's aggregation of compliance checks in one place helped our organization to plan and mitigate security issues in our infrastructure. Akshay Bhalotia was the representative from Sprinto and he guided us through any questions we had with ease and alacrity. We'll continue using Sprinto to manage our future compliance requirements and as a monitor for our security ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinto recommended a third party for conducting a Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT) which was not up to the mark. The third party presented a substandard report with multiple spelling and grammatical mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is helping us on our Compliance journey where we aim to achieve GDPR & ISO 27k certification and get a SOC2 Type2 report. It centralizes all topics needed to work for compliance and helps to plan multiple compliance certifications simultaneously.
Great Support and Easy-to-Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform not only streamlines the certification process, saving countless hours, but it is also incredibly user-friendly, requiring minimal training to use effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some items were not intuitive, however our CSM, Radhika was always quickly available to answer questions or to put us in touch with Sprinto's technical team.

Comprehensive framework for SOC2 Type I/II.

A noteworthy concern was the difficulty while setting up and using certain Sprinto integrations. We have found some integrations to be less straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto is essential for addressing security compliance challenges, especially for SOC2 Type II certification. It provides a structured framework and user-friendly interface that helps our organization meet strict data protection, access control, and encryption requirements. This organized approach has greatly improved our audit preparedness and strengthened our compliance with security standards, giving us confidence and assurance.

Sprinto is fast and efficient. Integrations were completed quickly, and the entire process went smoothly without any issues. The platform streamlines complex security workflows, making it much easier to remain audit-ready without the need for much manual work.

Overall, I don't have any significant complaints, but I have noticed that the support team can be quite slow to acknowledge or address issues when they arise.
