What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto proved an invaluable partner for our journey to SOC 2 readiness. Their team expertly guided us through understanding compliance requirements, implementing necessary controls and processes, pursuing certification, and integrating ongoing auditing for maintenance.
We leaned on Sprinto’s experience at every step - assessing infrastructure and policies to map a targeted strategy, enhancing controls and procedures to meet trust principles, smoothly facilitating independent audit, and continuing as a governance resource.

Some checks required manual verification, some automation to that controls will be an icing on the cake.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helped with integrating with the internal tools used by our organization, sharing with us an overview of the risks and mitigation steps. Setting up policies and procedures was difficult with our previous ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance related work. Sprinto helped us getting this done with ease.
Working with Auditors and getting the documentation ready for certification, Sprinto and their team helped us achieve with less overhead and manual work.

They assisted all the Type 1 certification process and we could get prepared for the audit and pass it in less than a week!

Nothing bad to say about, the system works well and I don't have any concerns about successful Type 2 procedure.

Documentation says how to fix it but would be interesting to know more background information and examples, as well as links to relevant resources.
