SOC2 And ISO Audits Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto made our easy with all our controls in place. Very good customer support, Ajay , CSM helped us to get the audits done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the status of controls take time to sync with the source data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a saas and compliance is key attribute to sell it to enterprises. Sprinto helped us to be compliant.
Exceptional Service
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use platform, the help we had from Varun has been incredible and he has kept me in the loop at each step of the way.Varun is very knowledgable and any questions/concerns we had - Varun was able to answer straight away, provide us the info we needed and also would follow up each meeting with an email of points discussed, actions and next steps - which was very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - I think the only thing I would like to see would possibly be a guide for what each section on the platform does - as there are a lot of hidden areas and sometimes it is confusing. However Varun was super helpful so this wasn't a massive issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto made is very easy for us to reach our ISO27001 and SOC2 goals - the provess was a lot easier than we anticipated and it makes it a) more affordable for companies and b) easier for users to understand the process

What do you like best about the product?
The clear and useful insights provided by the organization via the Sprinto platform around multiple guidelines on cybersecurity, and policies helped advance knowledge on deeper topics. You can report any incidents in a giffy if any
What do you dislike about the product?
Considering updates of software os and showing the status as "security settings on this device could be improved." is annoying, as you are not sure about the latest version of the os whether it will be stable or not
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto helps to maintain the reporting of SOC type and other compliance easy, as a user I found it useful that all the incidents (if any) can be easily reported to admin without any issues.
Simplified our SOC 2 audit and ISO certification
What do you like best about the product?
- We used Sprinto to help complete SOC 2 audit and ISO 27001 certification.
- Sprinto’s product capabilities to help monitor compliance status on an ongoing basis is very useful.
- Even small things like monitoring production code does not get merged and deployed without peer approval etc in the absence of a systematic solution like the one that Sprinto offers can be time consuming. Sprinto simplifies many such use cases required for achieving different compliances.
- Sprinto’s support team is also quite knowledgeable and help resolve any issues raised with them promptly. In some cases, they also help resolve issues over the weekend, which is fantastic if we are on a time crunch.
- Sprinto’s product capabilities to help monitor compliance status on an ongoing basis is very useful.

- There were a few minor issues on the dashboard which were promptly resolved by Sprinto folks.
- This is more an area of improvement where they could be building additional integrations with New Relic etc which will simplify some of the manual work that we are doing today.

Sprinto is a compliance platform which helps businesses achieve various certifications like ISO and complete audits like SOC2 etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Mr. Dexter of Sprinto pushed us hard through meticulous follow ups and confidence building calls that it would be possible to get SOC2 certificate within the expected timeline. He was instrumental in ensuring that things do not fall through cracks despite we being busy with other priorities. The platform helped in making the outcome completely predictable. Integrations with diverse systems and a structured approach helped us to minimize manual effort while retaining complete focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Availability of more and better known audit partners will help improving authenticity.

UI for Humans: Sprinto's UI is clear, intuitive, and designed for human use. Navigating controls was effortless, and finding the information I needed was never a struggle. I was onboarded to take over someone else's responsibility and did not struggle with navigating the platform at all.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than maintaining a checklist by myself, Sprinto simplifies evidence collection process by identifying gaps across my systems and offers remediation options. Additionally, templates provided by the system saved me a lot of time while creating policy documents.
ISO 27001 certified within 30 days
What do you like best about the product?
We've seen ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification as a large hassle and something we didn't want to implement in our organization due to cost and time concerns. With Sprinto, we were quite warry about the promises about getting certified quickly and cost efficient, but it all became true. I had a blast implementing all checks and controls, and seeing the "ready for audit" grow quickly motivated us to go even faster. Gautam Krishnan was available every step of the way and answered quickly to ensure there weren't any pending questions during the process. We wanted to go for an almost impossible "sign up and get the ISO certificate" within 30 days, and it was fully possible!

What do you dislike about the product?
As a small organization, some checks were only relevant for larger organizations. Some checks needed to be disabled on the backend, or some files needed to be uploaded via a manual way as well, but Gautam Krishnan really helped out there to ensure we got it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinto is completely comprehensive for our compliance needs. All the policy requirements, lots of clear guidance, and even basic MDM with Dr. Sprinto for our devices. We've completed ISO 27001 thanks to the Sprinto people and platform in far less time than expected (and I was a complete noob in this area). I really want to highlight the support from the Sprinto team throughout the process, especially Abir Dey. Unlike so many other companies, Sprinto engages tightly with their customers from point of sale all the way through to completion. Abir knew the answer to just about any question that I threw at him, and he really orchestrated everything with us, helping with selecting pen-testers, auditors, and reviews. We're thrilled with the entire experience. We also really appreciated the startup pricing -- we're a tiny, self-funded firm and Sprinto recognized the value of starting with us early in our growth cycle, focusing on long-term relationship and not just maximizing a single deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may just be a part of the auditing process, but sometimes it's a little hard to tell how to resolve recurring issues -- do I close and address them later? Or keep them open and special-case them? It wasn't always clear -- but Abir always knew what to do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a tiny, self-funded SaaS startup and they gave us the pricing and tools and support that got us through ISO 27001 certification in rapid fashion with amazing help from their staff.

Occasional bugs, interface quirks, follow up to fix things form the 'backend'

Automation of control checks & continuous monitoring, Pre-built frameworks, control libraries & mappings. Ability to Assign tasks, set deadlines, escalation rules, manage exceptions, tie tasks to specific controls, etc.
