Simple to configure and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
1. Keeps a check of my compliance requirements from the organization's perspective
2. Easy to set up and the stepwise guide is also useful
3. Sends out regular reminders for regular checks and doesn't really clutter up your desktop with any unnecessary notifications

What do you dislike about the product?
1.Sometimes the notification prompt tends to bug out- It kept sending me notifications for a checkup I had already completed 2 months ago

Helps my organisation in keeping a track of security compliances with minimal intervention to work
Easy process for a secure setup
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to setup the tool for the team. It showed all the required steps to complete the task and it shows live status of the security level of the system. Can add multiple devices to same account also
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it requires rebooting due to technical issues.
For some people, it was not getting updated, even after getting in touch with Sprinto team (rare occurances).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us in ensuring data security and protection of data from external agents. We could even ensure the security on personal devices used by some team mates also.
Sprinto helped us achieve our certification goals quicker than any other provider
What do you like best about the product?
Abir and his support team provided excellent support guiding us through the pre-audit phase. Any questions we had were answered very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audit process was a pain. Many topics that the auditor said we needed to install were not part of the pre-audit process. I would choose a different auditor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinto provided excellent support by providing policy templates that we never knew we needed. The Sprinto support staff, Abir and his team were highly professional and always on top of us to meet the timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to create policy for organisation and communicate the action to users. Provide single source of truth for the compliance readiness. Dashboard shows the pending action for easy tracking and work devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user I didn't find any thing that I dislike about Sprinto.

Its provide easy way to provide central training material for the users and complete the actions & also report there work devices.

When it comes to Sprinto's trust center, it lacks several features compared to its competitors like SafeBase. Currently, the trust center is quite basic, and there is room for improvement. As a user, I hope to see Sprinto become more flexible and fully customizable in the future, aligning with the capabilities offered by competitors like SafeBase.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I didn't know about compliance issues before starting my work at this fintech startup where there are so many compliance issues. It has been pretty straightforward to use. I understood what different compliance issues exist in simple manner without going too deep onto them
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, since i do not use it comprehensively, I have not been able to witness any drawback. It serves just fine. I think this is quality of a product only when the user does not notice only and it just works for the intended purpose.

For a small B2B Startup, it is difficult to hire team or make sure that everyone in team specially while people are working remote, is following compliance standards and security protocols, Here, Sprinto is just so ease to use and works like charm. no need to worry
