What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy is an easy tool to manage your work & conversations by creating your own individual deals, which can also link to all emails you have too. The insight tools also offer great way to forecast and manage your deals and give a better understanding of your progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The insights tool can be quite hard to understand at first and use, but in time effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing output and key deliverables (ie number of deals, conversations with clients, proactive outreach, tracking spends and targets).

I use pipefy to control all the processes related to new clients, such as follow-up contacts, information that should be gathered, documents and emails that must be sent.

Project Management System Keeps Marketing Agency Running Smoothly

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that sold us on Pipefy versus other project management tools was the integrated e-mail function. It allows us as a marketing agency to handle almost all external client communication directly from a project "card" or request so that anyone in our team at any time can see the trail of communication between client and our department.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I disliked was limited phone app functionality, but they just released a new one which made great improvements!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy has changed the game for our marketing agency. We now handle all requests for service through Pipefy. The intake form we built has allowed our agency to be more productive than ever. We can see and be notified of incoming requests in real-time. We or our clients can set deadlines for each project. The visual "Kanban" view is a game changer for me as a team leader. I can easily see where projects stand and with filters can see what each team member's workload is. The reporting tools allow us to analyze how many projects we complete each month and sort by client and other filters. This has allowed us to provide our upper management with better reporting. Since Covid-19 broke out, our team has reduced due to retirements and departures. Without Pipefy, we could not have been able to complete MORE projects with fewer staff. Pipefy has also prevents projects from falling through the cracks. I compared Pipefy to all the other major project management offerings, and it was by far the best fit.

What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy is a powerful tool that is simple to set up, use, and manage.
You can completely customize pipes to your needs and get the most out of it in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about Pipefy that I dislike, it really gives me what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Pipefy for IT Support ticket management and for BAU task management.
It's easy to set up, easy to use, and makes task management fun!
The customizable integrations allow you to propel any workflow to the next level.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before moving to Pipefy I have checked out a lot of other platforms.
I am glad that I made the move to Pipefy.
Pipefy is super versatile and can be applied to any area of the business.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see all opportunities on one page and to see the part of the sales cycle the opportunity is in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a way to breakdown activity by year. I realize opportunities will carry over into the next year but to see a "yearly" performance would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complete control of the sales cycle allowing a shorter sales cycle.

How Pipefy challenge me everyday

What do you like best about the product?
The power of transformation and innovation. How it can replace web services if we think logically or break our heads a little. The variety of process transformation options still surprises me today, and I see that I use the tool daily in order to get to know it as much as possible. So, features like triggering emails by clicking on an option, initial values ​​connecting cards, controlled triggering of emails with different possibilities. Finally, a world that Pipefy offers and we are here to enjoy it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error management. With the latest updates, many of my processes have been negatively impacted, generating communication errors, information flow errors, shipping errors, in short, errors. I felt a little lonely when trying to contact technical support and until now I have no answer: it's been two days. So, for example, the e-mail shots, if we delete the old templates to enable the automations and thus, we do not have duplicate sending, we lose all the shooting history that we had on cards that were already submitted and moving through the process. Anyway, it broke my legs ...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead time, rework, too many people dependent of someone - all of this decreased dramatically after my company adopted Pipefy. For example, at the last company I worked on applying Pipefy. More than 250 processes have been automated and more than 25 sectors have been impacted by process automation. What resulted in a reduction in time, reduction of manpower taking part in a process, a better flow of information.
Monitoring processes of interns, employees, that we need to assess the intern and he self-assess and yet, that these two pieces of information match the supervisor, in short, it's amazing how well Pipefy can marry this.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
First, take the mini course on the tool, then take a low complexity process and test its implementation via Pipefy. After that, go training every day with different processes. You learn how to use Pipefy by getting your hands dirty and exploring the utilities. It is a world for you to adapt it to your needs.
