What do you like best about the product?
You can automatize almost everything. Using with Zapier, things get really easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability isnt the best, they have improve a lot this year.
And its a expensive software.

What do you like best about the product?
Agility and precision in the search for information, control of what has been done, in what time, and what is on hold. It facilitates access to each service being executed by the company, and if it is close to expiration, in addition to continuing processes, linking one to another, thus avoiding forgetting any procedure. I also use the Pipe to evaluate employee productivity and the volume of demand from each client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could you group the pipes by sectors, they are all arranged in the same place, even naming them in a way that they stay together, it would be better if you could group them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed and accuracy in completing the processes.

What do you like best about the product?
An incredible device to help with the individual association, venture the executives, and thoughts. I work with various points and that I can utilize Pipefy to mastermind every one of my undertakings. Simple to figure with yet expends more information, when performing on it I can not discover choices to alter just on the off chance that I even need to address something.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few highlights that I really like about pipefy, is that it's extremely instinctive and direct to utilize, being practically similar to other Kanban-style apparatuses and sites. It permitted me to follow my work, by making various sections that appear during which stage the jobs are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My general involvement in pipefy is incredible, and that I appreciate working with it since I can without much of a stretch track my work, record significant data about each undertaking, I can perceive what my associates are presently working and report everyday work reports to my director so he can see the errands that are simply lounging near.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The product has numerous devices for advancing tasks the executives and association. I trust that the stage is refreshed constantly for better use.

Does not have control over the limitations and the automatic upgrade without user consent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had implement Pipefy for common processes, like tasks control and, to complement our products and services, like hunting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Does not fit for offline needs.
Investigate integrations and plan limits, especially automations, before buy

What do you like best about the product?
Simple design, can be used by everyone ones they understand the basic concepts
What do you dislike about the product?
UI can be improved more to appear less daunting to a new user - in the creation phase, fields addition sections - specifically. Colour accents to seperate different types, and such - may help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we were trying to solve was to make the whole team stick to a standard workflow, and reduce the overhead of managing processes.
It is easy to implement and end users in the organization can use it effortlessly once they understand the basic concept with minimal effort

What do you like best about the product?
Autonomy to work creating various different types of functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each filled field does not always have a connection with a system integrated by an API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I had difficulty seeing and handling my clients' information. With Pipefy, I solved this and was able to work collaboratively on resolving tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
As the main factor, I perceive the integration and support of the entire Pipefy team, as well as the support in education, technology, and customer support, which provides security in use and presentation to potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, a very broad view of applications makes it difficult to have a more specific focus on the client and the value of the applied solution. This is a gap that I notice is being corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have applied in sales and customer service processes, as well as in the control of internal projects. The benefits are all related to organization and greater agility.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to organize almos everything and teaching new users how everything works. Also, there's a pletora of tutorials for anything the system allows to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. There's still a lot to be explored, but overall we are satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to integrate the whole company. It's been very usefull.

What do you like best about the product?
This program has helped us simplify our Accounts Receivable and Collections processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no search function to search through individual cards within a Pipe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program has given us an easy and visual way to track Accounts Receivable and Collections.

What do you like best about the product?
Certainly, excellent usability and so many features. It's very interesting and easy to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel comfortable with the layout, I think it could be cleaner and more pleasant, investing in design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, connections between sequential processes, creation of public forms, the possibility of organize tasks on scrum view. All these things increase our operational efficiency and our relationship with customers.
