My experience as a Pipefy partner

What do you like best about the product?
As the main factor, I perceive the integration and support of the entire Pipefy team, as well as the support in education, technology, and customer support, which provides security in use and presentation to potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, a very broad view of applications makes it difficult to have a more specific focus on the client and the value of the applied solution. This is a gap that I notice is being corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have applied in sales and customer service processes, as well as in the control of internal projects. The benefits are all related to organization and greater agility.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to organize almos everything and teaching new users how everything works. Also, there's a pletora of tutorials for anything the system allows to be done.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. There's still a lot to be explored, but overall we are satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to integrate the whole company. It's been very usefull.

What do you like best about the product?
This program has helped us simplify our Accounts Receivable and Collections processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no search function to search through individual cards within a Pipe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program has given us an easy and visual way to track Accounts Receivable and Collections.

What do you like best about the product?
Certainly, excellent usability and so many features. It's very interesting and easy to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel comfortable with the layout, I think it could be cleaner and more pleasant, investing in design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, connections between sequential processes, creation of public forms, the possibility of organize tasks on scrum view. All these things increase our operational efficiency and our relationship with customers.

We still have no complaints. The Pipefy is a great tool.

We are in the process of implementation and we believe it will improve our sales process and tasks.

The best is tô work with cards like e-mails.

I can´t copy paste other e-mails inside os cards.

What do you like best about the product?
The response time was really fast the team has helped us through all the stages of the partner onboarding with valuable information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, nothing. I think they have had the same understanding of how pipefy can help us enrich our offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to enrich our Consultancy Offer on Lean Transformation. The tool is a good fight to help us leverage ESM as part of our companies Digital Transformation Journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those considering Pipefy, I would recommend trying to identify your process and your success metrics before experiments. By doing that it becomes more clear the benefits the tool can bring to your business. Also, start with the free Trial.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity to use and the help section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports aren't good enough. It doesn't have good options to customize it. And, Pipefy doesn't have a large community to trade experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project's management. Now, our project is more organized and we save a lot of time for our team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an amazing tool but it is necessary an integrated platform to get the best from Pipefy.

What do you like best about the product?
Very clean interface, easy to use API, easy to use interface, very customizable, affordable and can get you from 0 to 1 and from 1 to N
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes adding new users is a little bit confusing. Happened to my organization, where people would login to Pipefy and end up in a different account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the whole company operations running on Pipefy. It gives you all the benefits a Kanban gives - organization, logical chaining, separation of roles, accountability, status report, etc. But in a nice interface that you can customize.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are dealing with anything that requires a Kanban, Pipefy is great. It has some resources Trello or JIRA does not offer, such as shared DBs, embedding cards into others, automatic workflows, etc. It is a really great way of getting your operations running, keeping them accountable, having everything centralized in a single place, and not having to worry about underground spreadsheets
