Pipefy is a good choice with easy setup to control almost any type of proccesses
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to explain the tool for new users, good for taking processes out of paper quickly. With some technical knowledge you also have the power to make great things with Zapier, APIs and automations
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately, the app is having some speed issues, but it seems to be something punctual. Another delicated question is the pricing for Brazil users, as it's billed only in dollar.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use: Pipefy is a very useful and ease of use platform. With just a few clicks, it's possible to create a whole process to control and manage tasks using workflows (Kanban style). It's simple to create but it's not a simple platform since you can find a lot of integrations, automation, and features to help you create the workflow you need.
Pipefy's Support: The support is really great. They are always prepared to help you in a very short time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of functionalities: Considering all of their features, integrations, and also automation, Pipefy has a lack of functionalities which sometimes can be painful. For example, it's not possible to do a math calculation in a Number Field (but you can do this in the report page which is not the case most of the times). Also, as another example, it's not possible to extract a whole database with just one click.It's some details that they may (and should) fix in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy can solve all of your problems when it's related to organize some task or just create a simple workflow to manage your team. The main benefit it's the possibility of creating these workflows very quickly. You don't have to mind with Pipefy, you just have to mind with what you really need: your process. Also, in the Digital Transformation area, Pipefy is the king of standard processes, and this is what we are doing now: Transforming Processes.

If you want to have a platform with ease of use to control and manage your processes and tasks, Pipefy is the right choice.

This Software has many functions that I like very much, of which I can highlight the possibility of using reusable templates, they save me a lot of time because it allows me to take a template previously used to apply it again in another process, Pipefy automatically adapts to the knowledge that one It has to make the adaptation process much easier, without a doubt Pipefy is an application designed for those people who lack minimum knowledge, to allow us to integrate and enjoy this management tool.

The integration process was a bit slow, it was necessary to reconfigure some servers and modify certain processes to adapt the software to our platform and our internal police, this process took more than 5 months during this time was supported by the support of the provider who I contribute very positively to the platform being available as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy is a powerful management tool in addition to being very complete, it has personally allowed you to manage workflows much more easily, normally managing workflows on many other platforms can be a bit complex especially when you lack basic technical knowledge , that is why I like Pipefy, since it is possible to perform complex functions without having too much knowledge.

It is a very friendly platform that adapts to the user, I recommend it because it helps me a lot to improve in the supervision and control of workflows, what I emphasize most is that it is very easy to use, something that is very important because the The idea is to simplify the tasks of the company's staff for greater efficiency in the use and distribution of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can customize the fields and processes I need to control in my Junior Enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a bit more need for user support (when I asked for help, they told me to watch the videos - which I had already watched - and did not try to solve my problem). There are also some bugs that can appear from time to time, and I still don't fully understand how the Sprints part works in the pipe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardize processes, organize data, have a history of the projects.

Fantastic Software - Easy to Use - Very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can customize my pipelines to what I want to see most. I am able to make custom reports for my sales staff and owners. Software is easy to use and implement. I love that I can contact the support staff and don't have to wait days for an answer. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. This has made my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a dark background implemented. It would make it easier for me to use. I am very sensitive to bright light. There really isn't anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy has enabled me to find a way to track the progress of our machine sales and keep better notes on what is going on with each file. This makes it so much easier for me to remember what is going on. I can also track what has been paid for the month. This keeps me so much more organized with my orders. I can open a card at any time and know exactly what is going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out and you will love it! You will never find another pipeline like it. So easy to use and so easy to customize.

The ease of use and navigability in the tool, the developers are doing an excellent job greatly facilitating the users' lives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations are always complex, right? Here's a tip to try to find a magic formula to integrate with other applications without much effort for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the free version, so for now I have only set up two boards where I manage the control of functionalities and improvements we need to make in our application, and the other board I am starting to use is the CRM designed for our business. We are still struggling in the lead capture phase, so we haven't been able to test the application as a whole.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before parameterizing, make a draft on paper and study the flow, necessary emails, and necessary interactions, then just design it in the tool and it will be a success.
Pipefy is the perfect app for work flow automation, customization and motivation as well.
