Pipefy is an awesome tool for process management
What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy is a great management tool that helps us in business helps us to organize and execute all processes in one place. With this tool we are structuring processes and standardizing them to avoid errors, and quickly identifying bottlenecks and eliminating waste.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service is excellent and we have nothing to complain about. Honestly, I don't see anything bad to say about Pipefy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this tool we start to perform daily processes and activities in a practical and intuitive tool, enabling and abandoning inefficient methods such as manual forms, spreadsheets and even the excess of emails.
My opinion about Pipefy
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Pipefy is its customization, as it offers various types of organization for its boards depending on the projects we are working on. Its user interface is quite clean and stable. Its prices are also competitive as they are more economical than other software in its category. Its mobile application is good as it is very well designed and helps us stay in communication since I can enter information wherever I am, and someone in our office can continue with the processes without calling me or sending me an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a small company, it is difficult to set up automations, load databases, and things that require some type of "programming."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy has helped us a lot in project development management and in error correction, saving us money and time on solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best Work Management software we have ever worked with. It is really amazing and its interface is easy to use. In it we can keep everything in one place and do not have to be between emails and spreadsheets. Plus, we easily organize and have visibility into everything that is happening in your area, such as calendars, notes, activities, filters, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could not find any negative defects in this work tool. All features work very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pipefy we truly have Process and SLA improvement and gain. We easily discover and eliminate bottlenecks and understand what is hindering our goals. With this tool we have a centralized and structured collaboration.
Great for Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like Pipefy because it is really simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have tutorials and time tracking. Not scalable for a larger company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None so far.

Integration with lots of other apps are a hugeeee plus.

Pipefy is an organised platform for business management. It is very rich in its features.

It can be a little bit confusing but very easy when you get a total hang of it.

The support team has always helped me right away! I'm very impressed with their service and attention. Always communicating about new features and doing webinars. You can see that this company really cares about their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you delete a field from the pipefy we lose the historical from the previous pipes. We should keep the changes just for the news pipes, but don't erase anything on the old pipes.

What I like the most about it is its customisability. It's got different kinds of organising your boards depending on the kind of projects you're working on.

Exceptionally Flexible and Easy to Use. Pipefy is highly customizable by the user, no developers required.

I like that it is so easy to use and to personalize, creating a unique and useful tool, I also like that they are always bringing something new and are open to suggestions.

The best system and still no drawbacks to tell.

The visual organisation of project status helps the team to stay at the same page always,the system also enhances productivity and automation process.

Easy to use system with great features to process management and with good integrations and I therefore highly recommend it.
It groups a great quantity of very useful tools for the management.
What do you like best about the product?
pipefy in a large application that has a large number of tools that helps to manage much better teams and our company. It is incredibly useful for carrying out development projects as you can keep track of activities, tasks, and other workflows. It has an interface in which you can customize workflows and thus know what stage of the project I was at and which we should pay more attention. You can also keep track of the bugs presented by the application, in an organized way which increases considerably the efficiency to solve the flaws within the application. It also has a helpdesk with which you can keep track of incidents, and be able to create tickets in each of the requirements of our customers, and what is more interesting is that all these tools are worked under the same platform so it is not necessary to be changing application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that although it has several tools, in what has to do with the user interface still leaves much to be desired, as it becomes complicated to work with the different tools. Besides, it still lacks other functions so that we can move to this tool.

mainly the management of development projects and the monitoring of the different bugs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to use pipefy because it has a great value for money with other similar tools, although it does not have the best interface in terms of functionality is very good.
