Business process management, it helps visualise work in a way i have account of my work and more.
The best tools to manage fast processes
What do you like best about the product?
Creating customizable Pipefy templates to the point of making them interactive is great for brainstorming with multiple teams for meetings with process building objectives, these processes can even be connected to each other so that certain assignments can be independent of each other employed separately, along with a simple implementation of other tools and a well-worked platform support staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design of systems for customer feedback has a decadent design, leaving the customization of limited templates and to some extent, with templates, which would lack to be customizable, commissioned to launch new products, the calendar does not provide information that is relevant to us, the information is scarce. It is necessary to add more features that can make Pipefy an indispensable tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved several aspects of problems that we had, the system of chat and messages is quite fast, with this we have streamlined the management of documents of greater urgency and early completion, the follow-up work is always useful and important to consider to be aware of the time spent on a project and the estimate of how long we took the process of completing those jobs in established times with which we can take time to work on details of improvement after everything is properly completed on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has a period of time to give the assurance that this is the platform they are looking for and it will be helpful, I considered that period and when I finished I did not doubt that this program was going to be important for the company, project management and management of group work helped the results obtained to have a continuous growth that is also able to achieve the follow-up provided by this tool.

The ease of building workflows and the ease of collaboration

The automation is not very clear, for example, I'd like to link a due date to a date field rather than the date the pipe was created

Clearly defined workflows and processes
Now its so easy to organise and arrange all process at one single place

Its really helps in reducing unwanted costs that we spend due to different types of software's that we used for different process,Now all at a single place makes it so easy to do things.Its really helps us back in doing so.

I dint found any series issues so far.But i have a recommendation to develop an android app to quick view of each on the drive

Its really saves a lots of time and eliminate many errors,that we usually makes and helps in reducing errors so easily

Ease and practicality when creating and/or tracking workflows.

Absolutely nothing. It would only add more automation options, and allow basic conditionals in the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't lose sight of anything and can do accurate and faster follow-ups.

Try it. Even a layman can easily and quickly set everything up, and the gains will be huge.
Pipefy is a highly organized platform for projects and equipment
What do you like best about the product?
We really like the Pipefy templates. These are very customizable and interactive. A clear example of this are their templates for team brainstorming, and for scheduling meetings. Another template that we like a lot is basic training. Do not like being able to import tasks from external spreadsheets. It's very comfortable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like the customer feedback system, because it does not have a good list design. We do not like your template to create product launches. Your inbox is not very configurable, and tasks can not be prioritized. We do not like your informative calendar, because the boards do not show enough information about the project in terms of crucial data of the same (only shows the basics).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy has helped us a lot with the work portfolios, from which we can now follow up better. It has also been beneficial the comfort with which we can adjust our workspace (invite or remove team members, being their access limited to our convenience). Its integrated CRM has made our communication much easier, so our services are more automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend Pipefy for tools such as its excellent integrated chat and messaging system, and because it allows you to manage the versions of the documents of each project in a group manner. It is excellent for tracking work hours, as well as expenses during the project.
More than a business partner, I am a fan of Pipefy!
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity in settings, database, and powerful visuals of starform and day cards. Kanban view, calendar, and report. Use of external email. Excellent service from the entire Pipefy team. I'm a fan!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
They took a while to learn how to use GraphQL, but now it's overcome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supply chain and foreign trade flows. Eliminate the use of multiple Excel spreadsheets, achieve more accuracy with data integration with ERP, and enhance communication speed, avoiding the flood of emails. People are happier working with this new format! We combined Pipefy + Power BI!

What do you like best about the product?
The blazing fast and beautiful looking UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see some additional languages in the coming future, that would make my organization a life long customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well we're mostly used to using older management tools like those from Atlassian (Old and easy to get lost into).
