Intuitive and Practical
What do you like best about the product?
How the simplistic features speak with each other, ea the Kanban, Excel report and SAP links. Along with that, the amount of detail and history you can have on a single Pipe is surprising.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has a steep learning curve, requires practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project operation management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pipefy is a much better tool than Excel for designing and following Pipelines. Besides being overall simples (once you get used to it), it has various interactions that are otherwise complicated to set up via Office. SAP links, e-mail registering, quick customized reports, everything. One thing to note is that you should get training from the company, since the tool only really excels when you extract 100% from it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the visualization of Pipefy. And from the moment you get to know its features, you love it even more!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like when we have a bug on the platform or a server outage, it rarely happens too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say problems but rather an organization in the processes.

Simple and flexible system
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and autonomy it provides to the teams that use it. With it, we can design various processes in a solid manner to solve internal problems, generating controls, data, and a workflow that works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Over time, the price in dollars started to be detrimental. And some changes involving price made it less affordable. For example, now automations are charged (such as email sending automation, which used to be part of the workflow) and the BI module that is charged additionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to create internal workflows for areas without the need to involve the IT team and in a quick manner.
Awesome! Pipefy is a business value enabler.

Pipefy allows for agile and assertive automation of complex processes and business flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss more specific parameterizations concerning pipes and user permission.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipefy enabled automation of complex business processes in less than two weeks, quickly allowing chaos to turn into value almost instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Pipefy we improve the delivery time of our projects and the quality in the records of important documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The creation of automations, links and conditionals are sometimes complicated for those who do not have programming experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving project management and document archive.

Great experience, simple, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, it's easy to work and it fits to any necessity. The support is great always available and I love the tutorials videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's only one issue: Attachements expires in 30 days, that's really bad for our business when we think about ISO audits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attachements that never expires , or if we have this option if our business needs.
Great customization levels but still have a good path to evolve
What do you like best about the product?
The levels of customization offered by Pipefy, allows us to build and revaluate our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the trainings not much structured, and still need some important funcionalities so that the level of customization become perfect, such as, a same field being able to participate in more than one phase, or the possibility of simple calculations fields, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mainly solving problems of information storage, and organizing processes that were before governed by e-mails and excels sheets, which don´t provide us with the controls that Pipefy's workflow do.
Autonomy and Flexibility to build and rebuild
What do you like best about the product?
Pipefy is really user friendly, gives the autonomy you need to build your processes, bringing transparency. But most of all, the Company is always improving the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some adjustments needed on the report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Turnover and missing information. Benefits of transparency and connection of the processes & teams, autonomy to customize and adapt your process. If you love excel, you'll love Pipefy.
Very flexible and easy to adjust process tool.

I like the possibility of managing multiple processes that have relationships with each other, in addition to the ease of adjustments in mid-flight.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of employee vacation treatment, temporary replacement is very manual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company had a great need to have a process tool that was easy to implement and flexible to the point of meeting our business processes.
Good overall system let down by poor expert advice and help
What do you like best about the product?
Decent interface which is based on Jira. Good overall resources and templates. Very easy to use and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor expert advice and chat interaction. They tell you they will look and either tell you they can't fix the issue, or they keep you hanging for days over simple processes which do not work correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing customer enquiries and projects. Also good for customer and employee facing portals if all the elements work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As this is not a bespoke system and uses jira, don't expect great support.
