What do you like best about the product?
Blackberry UEM provides an easy-to-deploy secure containerization solution to enterprise or user-owned end-point devices. Blackberry UEM suite places Blackberry back into the mobile workforce solutions space, which the company championed and developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Blackberry Unified Endpoint Management suite can benefit from further automation and ease of integration with third party solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management provides reliable and dependable method to secure and extend data life cycle management out to end-user devices, including mobile devices, and user-owned devices (bring your own device capability).

Blackberry UEM - protecting your business at the endpoints
What do you like best about the product?
The Self Service Portal is very convenient. It gives users a way to enroll their devices themselves very easily. Even on a personal device, you are able to access corporate resources such as your email securely.
It supports different platforms like Windows 10, iOS, macOS, Android, and also Chrome OS.
When a device gets compromised (missing or stolen), there is an option to remotely delete or wipe it down so your data can't be used by unscrupulous peope.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything to dislike about this enterprise solution. It provides a secure way to access enterprise resources while using BYODs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the rapid increase of smartphone ownerships and the accessibility to personal PCs, more and more employees are now willing to use personal devices for work. Managing all these devices of different platforms, ensuring that specifications meet compliance, and securing your corporate data proves to be very challenging all at the same time. Blackberry UEM solves all that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The other consideration that can be made for this solution aside from security is the cost of ownership. Because it's the users who purchase the devices, it reduces a lot from your capital expenses in the long term. You will just be providing a secure way for them to use these devices and make them work for the business' benefit.

We use blackberry UEM as a platform for accessing our internal apps, it’s proved useful and secure

I dislike not being able to use outlook via its own app but I understand the security aspect

Security is better monitored, especially since my job deals with sensitive client data

What do you like best about the product?
Blackberry UEM device we use for our work purpose it's keeps safe all our work in safest way. Also it's so handy that you can connect with everything fro. Chat ,WebEx, connecting work internet abd and other required apps

Nothing as of now. Everything works as expected . It's no ce and Friendly.It have a fingerprint feature if doesn't works Everytime.Not sure if it's a phone issue or App issue

UEM helps me to connect my work task, meetings, contacts,chats everything with one touch
Effective security, easy navigation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to email, calendar, tasks and chat. Appreciate the notification for new emails and upcoming meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the navigation between functions is slow or stalls completely. Notification of new emails and meetings don’t include details. I am not sure if this is a limitation implemented by my company or a limitation of the service itself.

Access to email and calendar while away from the office is critical, but customer information needs to be contained and safeguarded. BlackBerry UEM provides the security needed to allow me to do business away from the office.

It provides comprehensive device, app, and content management with integrated security and connectivity, and helps you manage blackberry work on your phone

That the apps aren’t integrated into one app - I think that it is a missed opportunity not to offer all the products under one app.

UEM allows me to check my calendar and email while I’m away from my desk.

it is really easy to use. easy to manage employee's devices. and also you can do a lot of things remotely or you can say over the air. it is really convenient to manage the device of your company.

not real time. it need long time to manage your device. sometimes you need to wait like 4 hours to make it. and also if you want to change something like VPN or the pre-grant notification permission you also need to wait like 1 or 2 hours in my company.

management the device. do the seamless activation of our client software and also do the device management over the air or you can say OTA instead of that

when you are using UEM make sure you are having the correct access permission. and also get used of all the errors.
Essential in configurations of android devices for work
What do you like best about the product?
allows business to securely manage endpoints on premise or in the cloud. Can ensure security of all work related emails and activities on an Android device. Installation is easily managed and customer service is top notch by blackberry
What do you dislike about the product?
While installation itself is easy, any software updates on the android device has to be approved and monitored by system administrator or in this case the enterprise. There is sometimes issues with synchronization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company recently switched over from work blackberry phones to Samsung devices. All Samsung devices were installed with blackberry uem to ensure secure configuration of work content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As blackberry devices are lagging behind in market, lots of companies are switching to Samsung or iPhones. BlackBerry UEM allows for secure configuration on android devices.

The sim0le layout and user interface is compatible with users at all levels of experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The color scheme is not good for the 5-8% of me who are.blue-green colorblind.
