Seamless setup and straightforward way to manage complex integrations

What do you like best about the product?
The simple UI for navigating customers through their authentication flow.

The unified data model is also very useful (we are managing both Salesforce and Hubspot integrations).

Customer support is top.
What do you dislike about the product?
The speed of passthrough API requests could be a bit faster, we rely on these custom requests for unsupported operations in Merge and directly hit the remote APIs.

Authentication and Unified Data Models for multiple CRM integrations

Great and reliable partnership

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the support, timely responses, and readiness to troubleshoot and resolve mutual customer issues. The Merge team really does go above and beyond to collaborate with us as a partner as opposed to just offering the software for us to self-serve with. Dashboard is clean, easy to use and offers many features to track usability and troubleshoot any errors. Integration interface is straightforward and user-friendly. API testing access is a huge help to us when it comes to data checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside to using a 'middle man' between systems in general is that more complex issues can take a while to troubleshoot and figure out where the issue stems from, but as both RG and Merge have good troubleshooting processes in place, this is usually resolved within a few weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merge allows our clients to directly integrate with their HRIS systems without having to configure a custom SFTP and SCIM API connector which can take longer, since it usually requires the client to arrange a tech person who is familiar with APIs, FTP transfers, etc. and such teams are not always easy to reach or available. Merge connectors can be easily set up in a few steps by any HR admin which saves both us and the client's time and technical work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the support team is always there to help us. Sometimes we raise an issue and it's being looked into the same day, which we appreciate very much. Whenever we need you to jump on a call with us and a client, you're super helpful and always resolve their issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, you are amazing!

We mirror your guides on our side and we could use a way for you to update us if there's a change in one of the setup guides so we can update it on our end as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issues that we're seeing are: Connectivity issues, permissions issues, any type of data discrepancies between what the client has in their HR system and what we see in the API payload.

What do you like best about the product?
I am so grateful to Merge's team for their help and assistance even when we reached out to them last minute. They are very polite and responsive. Also what I find as a very big advantage is that they have a support team in Europe, that works with Europe time and that is so helpful when we deal with UK clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I do not like. There are very supportive

That really depends on the clients we work with. Sometimes the issue is the client does not read the guides and they insist on a call, to which Merge are very supportive and patient.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of us is definitely a critical piece of why we're successful with Merge. The customer support is just next level with this team as they have clear subject matter experts that help at each step of the way to make it easy to integrate. We love the breadth of their features as well, so we're always thinking through new ways to use the platform (enabling CRM integrations, Analytics, and more). Just AWESOME platform, amazing team, and a must-have solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not any downsides to think through at the moment. It's more internally how do we get the most out of Merge, which their team does a great job on sharing guidance on the journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merge is solving a key business problem for us on how to enable key integrations for our customers and our own platform. It makes our solution that much more powerful as we can get saturated in our customers internal ecosystem and enable efficient workflows for them while they're adopting our products. It's a gamechanger for being able to sell to any and all customers in the market no matter their current tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
Merge is super quick to integrate...under a day of work! The team is also incredibly supportive and proactive for any assistance but honestly their docs are great so we were able to do it all ourselves. The benefits for our business and value add for our customers made it a no brainer
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides that I can think of!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merge helps us offer countelss of integrations for our customers that makes our product stickier and more effective. We mainly use Merge to handle our CRM integrations but plan to use others down the line. It is of course a hige time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
Merge has been seamless to integrate with. Their documentation is well done, and the sandbox capabilities are great. Customer support and enablement has been outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any issues with Merge so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merge is allowing us to offer 50+ HR integrations to our customers - so they can bridge their HR system with our equity management platform.

What do you like best about the product?
tl;dr: As a PM, using a product like Merge makes your product look & work a lot better.

I inherited the implementation & maintenance of Merge from another team, but to be honest I can't imagine how other teams build integrated products without it. Their API docs are chefs kiss and are constantly updated. The admin console gives me a ton of functionality and info without having to bother eng. They're frequently adding more integrations to their list and have pretty much shipped every feature I've asked for.

Besides the product, every person I've met from Merge has been great to work with and they really know their stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is very cost-prohibitive for early stage startups and the learning curve is pretty high for non-technical folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of painfully researching, integrating, and maintaining dozens of HRIS/ATS integrations, we just have to setup Merge.

What do you like best about the product?
Kirk and the rest of the Customer Success team at Merge have been excellent to work with. They respond to emails quickly, are always happy to hop on a call if async communications aren't enough, and are incredible to have on our client-facing calls.

I'm not an engineer, but our SWEs love how easy it is to set up integrations between our products and our clients' applicant tracking systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
For non-technical folks, understanding how these integrations really work can be difficult. More learning resources for these users could be helpful, but Merge's Ebooks and webinars substanially help fill in the gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients use 20+ applicant tracking systems in total. Our team is too lean to be able to afford spending precious development time manually building these integrations on an ATS-to-ATS basis. Merge gives us an affordable solution so that we don't have to do that.
