Building ATS & HRIS integrations for our enterprise customers.
What do you like best about the product?
We're a startup but work with large enterprise clients. Merge made it easy for us to integrate with all of the systems they use without our team having to build from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been too many downsides to working with the team at Merge. The only thing I wish is that they could launch more types of integrations even faster than they already are!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To work with the types of clients we serve, we need to be able to meet certain requirements. One of those is integration with their existing systems. It helps our sales team to be able to disarm prospects by letting them know that we have all the integrations we need. Plus our post-sales team can get new clients up and running much faster with integrations through Merge.

What do you like best about the product?
They let you scale integrations super quickly, they are very responsive, and they are pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that we dislike about MErge!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merge helps us build our ticketing integrations much more quickly than we could on our own. This helps us meet our customers' integration needs and stay competitive.

Fantastic, well documented API's which are really easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's definitely not cheapest option out there, but the developer experience and number of integrations available make it worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small startup, so don't have the resources to integrate with every HR platform out there. Merge provides us with one, easy-to-use unified API for connecting to pretty much any HR platform, saving us hundreds of hours of development work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some HRIS providers do not make it easy to integrate with them. This is not a Merge problem, but can inhibit Merge from providing a connection to that HRIS platform quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing HRIS data is critical for our compliance automation platform. We've saved huge amounts of developer time by working with Merge, and our customers are very satisfied.
Innovative alternative to building 100s of HRIS API integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Both the developer and customer documentation is very thorough and easily accessible. The customer support is responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they solved for the complexities of enterprise HRIS software like Workday. We found that there are just so many different bespoke implementations of workday hris customers that is hard to relay on a standard api integration for it.

A wonderful one-stop shop for your integration needs!
What do you like best about the product?
Merge has helped us develop a quick copy-and-paste template to have a handful of endpoints replicated across 20+ different HRIS integrations. The ability to debug connections and supply information about what data has passed through via their web interface is excellent and continues to improve! With Merge, once we had built one HRIS connection, we could enable any other one in less than a day. And the Merge team is always just an instant message away with any helpful tips or answers to questions; I can't wait to see what they release next!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides, but we would always love to see more integrations to help continue growing our business!

Merge reduces the time it takes to develop new integrations and allows engineers to focus on other projects. When they do use Merge, the process is simplified and easily repeatable.
Enables seamless integration with most customer platforms and offers amazing customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless experience provided to our customers during onboarding. We help our customers sync data across HRIS and ATS platforms. There are dozens of vendors at play; this allows us to sell to a broader segment and unblocks us during onboarding. Our CSM is excellent at resolving issues quickly when we do have issues. They are also receptive to feedback and have been improving the reliability of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better support documentation for using the dashboards and API testing tools. Making the guides easier to find and including a few practice examples of troubleshooting would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a unified platform allows us to work with a broader segment of customers. Merge also cuts down on the time-to-market for many new features. This allows us to add value faster and to more customers.
Unified API that allows me to focus on my business, not API connections
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, I would have had to hire a team of developers to do what merge gives right out of the box. Easiest SaaS spend I've made in my business career.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, nothing. I just want them to keep growing their native connections on the HRIS side!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use their HRIS API and it sends over people data every 6 hours. Our customers always have up to date data thanks to the API. It was a game changer!
Great building block to scale integrations fast
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to set up and very quick path to value.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything is as customizable yet, eg the modal to show the end user. The team however is very open to feedback and fast in delivering improvements continuously so no concerns that this won't get resolved soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One time integration with Merge gives access to lots of HR integrations. New integrations are added continuously, allowing us to integrate broader and broader for our customers.
