Merge makes our life easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Merge has an excellent API for ATS integrations. Instead of integrating with every ATS, we can use merge to integrate with all of them using a single API.
Merge's level of service and responsiveness is unprecedented.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we have been working with Merge for over a year and got only good words to say about Merge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of integrating with every ATS, we use merge to integrate with all of them using a single API.
This saves us a lot of time both understanding each and every ATS API and also implementing their specific API.

What do you like best about the product?
The Merge team is fantastic to work with. They are always open to feedback and go the extra mile. They are also constantly evolving their product offerings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their logging could be more detailed and supportive of troubleshooting. We've been told they are working on this though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merge makes integrating with HRIS systems simple.

Merge allows our team to quickly get access to disparate sources that previously would've taken us ages to connect to.

Not much that we dislike about Merge at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need access to HR & Payroll integrations data as well as Accounting integrations and Merge makes it easy for us to get access.
Merge is a game changer for expanding integration eccosystems
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Merge is fantastic, incredibly responsive, and highly attuned to our needs. Merge has helped us accelerate our integration roadmap and reduce per-integration build and maintenance costs. By far the best we've seen in this market. We highly recommend them.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still early in our journey with Merge. Nothing we dislike so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building and maintaining integrations is expensive and time-consuming. We often develop similar integrations with many different 3rd parties. Merge's unified APIs enable us to abstract data to a common data model that is easier to work with, build faster, unlock entire verticals, and keep integration costs low.

What do you like best about the product?
We're a startup but work with large enterprise clients. Merge made it easy for us to integrate with all of the systems they use without our team having to build from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have not been too many downsides to working with the team at Merge. The only thing I wish is that they could launch more types of integrations even faster than they already are!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To work with the types of clients we serve, we need to be able to meet certain requirements. One of those is integration with their existing systems. It helps our sales team to be able to disarm prospects by letting them know that we have all the integrations we need. Plus our post-sales team can get new clients up and running much faster with integrations through Merge.

What do you like best about the product?
They let you scale integrations super quickly, they are very responsive, and they are pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that we dislike about MErge!

Merge helps us build our ticketing integrations much more quickly than we could on our own. This helps us meet our customers' integration needs and stay competitive.

Fantastic, well documented API's which are really easy to use.

It's definitely not cheapest option out there, but the developer experience and number of integrations available make it worth it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small startup, so don't have the resources to integrate with every HR platform out there. Merge provides us with one, easy-to-use unified API for connecting to pretty much any HR platform, saving us hundreds of hours of development work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some HRIS providers do not make it easy to integrate with them. This is not a Merge problem, but can inhibit Merge from providing a connection to that HRIS platform quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing HRIS data is critical for our compliance automation platform. We've saved huge amounts of developer time by working with Merge, and our customers are very satisfied.
Innovative alternative to building 100s of HRIS API integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Both the developer and customer documentation is very thorough and easily accessible. The customer support is responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they solved for the complexities of enterprise HRIS software like Workday. We found that there are just so many different bespoke implementations of workday hris customers that is hard to relay on a standard api integration for it.
