What do you like best about the product?
I liked the user friendly interface that it has. It is the best Platform for advanced data visualization techniques. The advantage that it provides to integrate with AI and machine learning is very much appreciated and it's very useful.
Overall, It's a very good platform, would like to recommend.

There are no such things in particular that I disliked in this platform. But I would recommend them to provide more flexibility in report deisgn.

Helped with outcomes and resource utilization. It also improved the customer experience.

I like the way we can create queries, joins, prompts in a easy drag and drop way.

Most disliking part is about the exception scenarios. When a user got an error encountered, instead of showing the error in user understandable way, it shows in a technical language which I don't like much

What do you dislike about the product?
While the tool is powerful, the learning curve can be steep, particularly for new users unfamiliar with business intelligence platforms. Performance can lag with very large datasets, and the initial setup for data connections can be cumbersome. Additionally, it would be great if there were more customization options for visualizations, as the default templates sometimes feel limited.

Fast, effective and easy to create visuals, best part is forecast analytics and insights generated based on data.

Slow interaction when using screen share during virtual meetings. My demos are not effectively conveyed. When use full screen screen share doesn't show.

Ease of use , comparahensive and securety structure. Ability to add jscripts to further customize outputs.
Its a heavy duty service that can be relied on regardless how large customer is.

What do you dislike about the product?
Due to pricing, entended for large corporate, while it should hold a tailored product to server smaller busiesses with restructured pricing scheme for that category.
I would also suggest using a "tool service" to communicate data status with end users outside of the official emails.

Mostly reporting for field managers and department managers.
Data crunching and data visualization plus AI chatbot
What do you like best about the product?
Data security is tight with Cognos Analytics unlike spreadsheets where there is high risk of losing original data while working in a team. Here each team member gets a different copy such that any change made is limited to his or her edition. Add to it AI chatbot that answers all the queries (even perform mathematical computations) as the query is raised in a simple English like talking to your friend.So no need to write a single piece of SQL query/code. Finally push notification that can send notifications across devices for keeping tab on important deadlines and accomplishments while working in a team.

The cloud version at times can be a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our data are safe and can be manipulated by each stakeholder from customer to staff to admin with each one given a set of access. Al sorts of data science operations from visualzing patterns in the form of graphs to predicting can be don e without writing a single piece of code.

The support from IBM on technical issues is great.
Over the years, great improvements have been made to the user interface. equal importance has been given to the administrator console as well. for instance, logging specific patterns is now made possible within the portal rather than doing the same in the server by editing files, which was time-consuming.
As an administrator, for one decade, the installation or upgrades have hardly failed. it has been always smooth.

using x11 windows has been highly discouraged due to security concerns in my org. I dont see any approved x11 clients: Xming or attachmate reflection.
use of such x11 client tools have become challenging.
most importantly, it is impossible to use x11 tools when working remote.

I am mostly involved in helping my business team. so I will not be the best to comment on it.
however, The audit reporting helps a lot but it would be appreciated if the administrator tools such as cmtools or cmbrowser were provided with the product bundle or as an optional installation.
