Great tool for MLOps development
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration capabilities are really cool - I'm able to work with a distributed DS team across various time zones without any loss of context or productivity and enable 24x7 delivery/ support. Self-service provisioning of infra is also really handy to enable EC2 scaleup on-demand. The number of languages it supports is also unbelievable - super helpful to remove dependencies on frameworks used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security needs to be more emphasized. For example, feature rollouts need to be made stronger by taking care of security/ compliance issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to keep up development workflows for distributed ML models solving large-scale warehouse robotics problems

Launcher is one of the best things I have come across in domino

Nothing as of yet. Things are good in domino
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Domino helps us ingest the data in any database and it also helped me to set jobs that run on daily basis to refresh the data. Definitely a go-to tool for me.

What do you like best about the product?
UI and UX interfaces are very well designed. The customer support team really has a lot of detail to understand the problem. And the time savings with result-oriented solutions are incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little more improvement can be made in the documentation. however, they close this gap well with one-on-one support.Other than that, I haven't experienced any downsides.

We needed a platform to manage a large number of data and transfer this data over the cloud. At this point, Domino products contributed to us.The compatibility with AWS was also really impressive.

All the crucial data science tools and packages are present for a streamlined ML pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
IPC is bit slow on heavily multithreaded applications like RAY and Rllib.

Maintaining and streamlining the Machine learning pipeline has never been easier.

We can easily connect it to a AWS account that becomes helpful when building environments.

What do you like best about the product?
Definitely, the best feature is the UI/UX experience and the development and managing of Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning workloads through Domino.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my case, the installation of the Virtual Private cloud and establishing a connection through domino was an initial hiccup and frustrating experience, rather than that rest was seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Development, Training and Execution, are the three main tasks I am using Domino for because of better management techniques through Domino which is usually a hassle in my Jupyter notebook.
A Great Data Science Tool
What do you like best about the product?
A unified way to manage and run artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science workloads. It's very easy to run and train model through Domino. The ability to create our own environment is very useful and the integration of Jupiter notebook, Rstudio, visual studio code is very useful and easy to use for developing and debugging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not any notable mention here. Just the documents should be made more clear and easy to implement. Sometimes the document are of older release, please improve that, otherwise it's best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to run and develop and run AI/ML models. It's too easy to use without thinking about the underlying hardware needed. Also, due to additional plugins like Jupiter, visual studio, it becomes a go to tool for our data science workloads.
Domino is great for small or large Data Science teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI/UX experience. Data Scientists enjoy using the tool. Easily spin up compute and deploy models or apps. Customer success team is very supportive. As a manager of data scientists, I have visibility into their work and activities and can manage costs easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation into our VPC tool longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have all of our Data Science projects going through Domino. Key benefit is time savings and easier to collaborate on projects. Also use Domino as a control for our Citizen Data Scientists. It gives them cloud compute in a managed space.
Reviewing the tool without using it
What do you like best about the product?
I am a fan on the integration between other tools and the ability to monitor them
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I am not sure how an improvement would look like, The interface does look a bit outdated.

The ability to monitor multiple tools at any given time
