Empowering Team Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Middleware seamlessly integrates with existing tools like Github, Calendar, and JIRA, providing actionable insights and eliminating the need for constant follow-ups. This has allowed me to focus more on my work and less on administrative tasks, significantly improving my productivity and job satisfaction.
By highlighting workflow bottlenecks issues, Middleware has helped our team address them proactively, ensuring smoother project delivery and reducing the risk of burnout.

Middleware: A lifesaver for managing engineering teams
What do you like best about the product?
For engineering managers, middleware proves to be a game-changer. Positioned atop the existing tools utilized by their teams, there's no requirement for a disruptive overhaul. However, its functionality is remarkable. Providing real-time insights into team performance, it enables managers to preemptively address issues before they escalate into major setbacks.Amazing tool to manage engineering productivity. As an individual developer it helps you track coding metrics along with the progress throughout the sprints.
For instance, they can discern bottlenecks within their workflow, aiding in pinpointing areas for process enhancement and ensuring smoother operations. Additionally, it facilitates the mitigation of engineer burnout by ensuring equitable distribution of workloads across the team.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about Middleware; it's a rather straightforward tool. The only caveat is that it can feel overwhelming initially due to the abundance of data it presents. However, once one becomes accustomed to it, navigating through becomes effortless.

Separating signal from the noise
What do you like best about the product?
As a manager, I'm now able to drive initiatives on the back of data driven insights presented out of the box on Middleware. Middleware saves me hours of head scratching every week and lets me focus on areas which need me rather than running across the board like crazy.
Kudos to the team for their prompt support and quick feedback adoption.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using Middleware for 3 things:
1. In our managerial fortnightly engg. ops review
2. Figuring out if my team is blocked
3. Utilising the insights to find root cause of delay/quality drop and a feedback loop for any experiments i do

Middleware: Great tool for spotting bottlenecks & keeping my team happy
What do you like best about the product?
Middleware is like a central hub for everything engineering. It connects to the tools my team already uses, like Github and Jira, and gives me a clear picture of what's going on. No more jumping between different apps to see who's overloaded or where things are getting stuck.
The best part? It helps me see bottlenecks before they become problems. For example, I can easily identify if code reviews are taking too long or if certain engineers are getting swamped with work. This lets me step in and adjust workloads or find extra reviewers to keep things moving smoothly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Don't get me wrong, Middleware is a lifesaver. But it could be even better. Sometimes the interface feels a little clunky, and it takes a bit of time to get used to where everything is. Also, a few extra reporting features would be really helpful for keeping track of progress over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Middleware helps me solve two major headaches: missed deadlines and burnt-out engineers. By catching bottlenecks early on, I can ensure projects stay on track. Plus, by seeing who's overloaded, I can prevent my team from getting burned out. This keeps everyone happy and productive, which is a win-win for me and the company.
Overall, Middleware is a great tool for engineering managers. It helps me identify problems and keep my team running smoothly. With a few tweaks to the interface and reporting, it could be truly outstanding.

Solid EMs copilot
What do you like best about the product?
It serves like a great single point of view to get an idea of my teams delivery process. It's actually helped me deliver around 40% faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The effort is pretty manual right now. I wish it had more automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's directly helped me reduce cycle time significantly and mitigate the problem of PRs getting merged insufficiently.

- Gives engineering leadership the exact pulse of the team without the need for micromanaging.
- Middleware support is extraordinary and the team is really agile to customize the platform as per our needs.
