What do you like best about the product?

middlewarehq provides seamless integration with GitHub, JIRA, Google Calender & Slack, giving you a bird's eye view of your engineering team and projects. This tool offers various insights & metrics which help you take corrective actions to improve engineering productivity.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing much; the team were prompt to solve the issues encountered rapidly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

In fast pace environment, it was tough to know if the engineering team was following best practices for development, code reviews & deployment. Middlewarehq provides various insights & metrics which help you take corrective actions to improve engineering productivity.
