What do you like best about the product?
Centralized view of the data to take quicker actions for the smooth process of the organization. And obviously to reduce the admin resources cost. One of the strong points is for easy search and analysis capability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing needs to be revisited by the stakeholders for wider usage in the industry as compared to the current trend. May be coming up with different economical pricing for small organizations based on there data/usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identification of the issues with the applications that too within very less time as compared to the old approach of troubleshooting things like hit and trial mode.
