What do you like best about the product?
I like the 40/60 approach which gives a good base with many hundreds of modules on one side, but with total flexibility when it comes to customization
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a big codebase and the learning curve from a technical side is steep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually it's a complex environment where Spryker is flexible enough to be fitted in. Benefits are again the customization and scalability of the product.

Spryker Cloud Commerce OS - the view of an implementation partner

  • January 11, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Modularity, flexibility and robustness of the software is very good. The software architecture is build on top of design patterns and follows principles (e.g. SOLID) and standards, which is simple awesome from developer perspective and really helps during the implementation phase of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of modules and a very fast developing from spryker side, which makes it not that easy to keep a project always up-to-date with the latest spryker modules - here the (mostly) independence of the modules helps you out in the end and also does not make it necessary to updated each single module all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a developer you are not trapped within a fixed structure - you can easily overwrite and extend Spryker core features and you don't need hacky workarounds all the time - like in other e-commerce solutions. You don' t need to repeat yourself and implement standard-features all the time again. Spryker offers a lot of features out of the box - these features are implemented in a secure way and are tested intensively. You can care about the special requirements of your customer and stay focused on implement these.

Best B2B eCom Functionality OOTB you can get on the market. Spryker is highly customizable according to your business needs and helps to scale your ecommerce business model.
