The system has very many options to indidvidualize

Some menus are confusing - you have to work through them.

Spryker is a flexible, customizable, scaleable ecommerce solution for complex businesses
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to implement custom features for our complex business case. Also, this technology scales well in our growing business. You can show personalized content, product lists, and products to your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgradeability (at this moment) is hard, but Spryker is working on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Spryker as a customer interface for eCommerce and retail. With Spryker we give customers all eCommerce processes like product search, checkout, order processing all information he needs. We use it on all customer touchpoints like online, retail, phone, etc.

Depending on the actual value proposition to the customer, there is a need to integrate components from various partners. This means more contracts, SLAs and integration effort

Opportunities to realize all possible features and goals on your roadmap, no limitations, you just have the challenge to develop and realize them - which is possible without a doubt with spryker

maybe a bit "big" for smaller companies what could be a bit overwhelming at the beginning but actually is no real disadvantage at the end...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create a shop with user experience that picks up all customers: jung people aswell as older customers who are not as safe on navigating through an onlineshop as junger people

Code quality, modularity, speed and architecture

Not enough new features in upcoming releases.

There are no limits for the amount of skus - we have 3 times more products than 2 years ago.
