What do you like best about the product?
I like the modular character of the Spryker platform - We are using the platform to host our new website. This will enable us to grow as a company in the future without having to rethink the current setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SEO features are very limited and had to be programmed manually (canonicals for example). This should be standard for a market leader and I hope will be improved with the next version update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will be hosting our new website with Spryker and hope to improve usability as well as loading times etc.

Spryker not only provides the most essential functions out of the box, but is also highly adaptable to our own business processes.

So far I have nothing to complain about.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to implement custom features for our complex business case. Also, this technology scales well in our growing business. You can show personalized content, product lists, and products to your customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgradeability (at this moment) is hard, but Spryker is working on it.

We use Spryker as a customer interface for eCommerce and retail. With Spryker we give customers all eCommerce processes like product search, checkout, order processing all information he needs. We use it on all customer touchpoints like online, retail, phone, etc.
