Great platform for collaborative data science
What do you like best about the product?
Deepnote allows multiple people to edit the same Jupyter notebook, one that has been significantly enhanced with markdown, charts, SQL and integrations. AI auto-complete is the cherry on top.
What do you dislike about the product?
The collaboration itself could be made more real-time. Currently, my partners and I have to work on separate code blocks. If we both work on the same one, we overwrite each other. The AI auto-complete is a bit too fast for my liking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an MBA student taking classes that require collaborative coding. Deepnote is an easy-to-use platform that supports all my requirements and languages: Python and R. The charting and SQL functions in Deepnote are top notch and make data exploration a breeze.
My experience with Deepnote is amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the tool and its efficiency. I also love the integrated error management, the automatic search for solutions, the fine understanding of the assigned objectives... wow!
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of frustration once the 30 trial prompts are used up!!! : (
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
management and marketing issues
Better, faster, more user friendly Github Codespaces
What do you like best about the product?
As a non-engineer who enjoys writing code to speed up manual / repetitive tasks, I love how Deepnote AI guides me in writing my code and is able to fix and update my code when I run into errors.
The code also analyzes incredibly quickly and is very easy to share with others for collaboration purposes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding / setup as a non-admin user in my org was a bit challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deepnote is helping me effectively and efficiently query our company's database and pull together information I need to analyze and share out with the team.
Solid system and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Great number of features needed and simplistic to use once trained on it. They also have great support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it's a little confusing if you're not familiar and just getting into it so takes a tiny bit of initial training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ity's spitting out the revenue reports we need for our clients through the raw data that populates.
Great tool for wannabe Data Scientist/Engineers
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, UI, code generator through AI
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about Deepnote (yet after 3 months of use)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deepnote prove to be the best tool for doing some R&D around the Data Pipelines I have been wanting to develop for a side project/business. After I developed the code in Deepnote, I felt confident I had a good foundation for launching the project officially through outsourcing the specific bits to senior data engineers and web developers for a full scalable implementation of my app.
AI features are useful, but large notebooks runs too slow
What do you like best about the product?
The integration of SQL and python code is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notebook environment gets too slow for larger notebooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with AWS database and integrated AI feature making data exploration faster.
Collaborative notebooks with integrated AI
What do you like best about the product?
Was a Jupyter Notebook user before but found Deepnote is more convenient and easy to use. Seamless integration with different database. Great visualisation support
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it does not respond and had to reload the page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day insights derivation
Really nice and helpful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Used Deepnote for a data visualization ana data preparation projects, liked real-time collaboration, intuitive interface, and the logic behind the. Slight lag with large datasets, but overall, i like it and probably gonna using this in the future. Truly nice tool! Thanks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced some short term lags when working on big datasets 100k rows, but i think its ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with colleagues and sharing notebooks and code. I think its the main benefit
Collaborative notebooks for real!
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best interactive notebooks platform I stumbled upon. It allows for real time collaboration with shared kernel, so that people can interactively prototype new applications. I can easily build example apps without having to install anything on my laptop - good choice also for hackathons!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow or the kernel can crash, the file management system is not always intuitive (hard to find the latest notebooks that have been changed at first sight)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time collaboration with my remote team, especially when quickly prototyping new features.
Share some code without having to think of package deployment - people can just see the same as it works for me

Excellent for implementing Jupyter notebook
What do you like best about the product?
its interface is easy to use, it has a very well-explained usage of everything, for example, virtual machines with their different kernels
What do you dislike about the product?
the disadvantages I have found are that there is a lack of a desktop application
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
