Great for collaboration and quick proof of concepts, building integrations is very easy
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Deepnote and it has quickly become one of my favorite tools for data analysis and collaboration. The platform is fantastic for team-based work, making it easy to collaborate in real time. It’s also incredibly intuitive for quickly prototyping and testing ideas, allowing for seamless proof of concept development.
One of the standout features is how easily it is to set up integrations. Whether connecting to data sources or setting up workflows, the process feels streamlined and efficient

Great for data exploration
What do you like best about the product?
I use it all the time to explore data through python and it's own charting capabilities. It's amazingly fast, making it very hard to ever go back to jupyter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just wish it would allow for running the code on-premises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes data exploration easier and faster, by allowing for realtime coding.
Better than most Python environment
What do you like best about the product?
i like it is intuitive and you can filter columns without writing code
What do you dislike about the product?
interface has too much stuff to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I love deepnote’s services so much!
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite aspect about Deepnote is the ability to have multiple virtual machines running at once! This is especially good for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes all of the servers are full and you have to wait a little bit to get it started (usually only 2 minutes, so not too bad.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deepnote is solving a problem with my device not being strong enough to handle multiple instances running at once, but this can handle alot of power.
My go to tool for python
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the auto complete feature of deepnote. It helps me write code faster and more efficiently. Additionally, the ability to share my projects is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping to get more computing power in the free user tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me share my projects with my peers for review
Collaboration couldn't get easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with platforms like GitHub and BigQuery, ease of use when collaborating with team members on projects, feature use related to cloud-based Jupyter Notebook functionality, and easy implementation with no external setup needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience can occasionally be slow and laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deepnote is allowing me to solve machine learning problems through providing a means to analyze real-world datasets to build models related to classification and regression in a collaborative setting seamlessly, whereas Google Collab would require team members and me to work separately.
DataJam project using deepnote
What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaborative nature of the tool. Our team of 3 are able to see each others' progress using multiple notebooks in the same workspace, which is what make our project possible in a short timeframe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Machine is getting restarted too often/soon. I know we are having the free/education version, so resource is limited. But it seems like I spent a lot of time waiting for machine to start up during the project implementation. I would like to see a longer timeout if possible. I would also like to see support of newer version of python. I think the default was 3.9 when we first create the workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool to analyze college accessibility using publicly available data. It is part of a DataJam competition that a group of college students put together.
Good GPU server
What do you like best about the product?
I use it quite often, its easy to implement code, good support and makes it easier to integrate everything, there's a lot of features and its easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have free trials for GPUs or orientation about which one works best for what i want to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easier to develop machine learning models without having to sacrifice my machine
Generally good but instantaneity should be improved
What do you like best about the product?
I can run my code virtually without any envrionment setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The code update is not real time. I often need to refresh the web-page many times before the code is truly updated.
