Deepnote has allowed our client to work collaboratively and better automate their internal process.

Deepnote is easy to integrate with other systems, has a responsive customer support system, can be easy to implement and is a nice tool for collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a dislike / improvement area noted
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deepnote is assisting the client with tracking and helping to automate data in the revenue recognition process
Great for development of most Data Science / Data Engineering projects
What do you like best about the product?
It is really fast and effortless to get started. Great that the environment can be configured and it runs in the cloud, so it can be shared with other people. There are plenty of integrations that make it really effortless to pull data to the project. Ai that has the db schema as context.
What do you dislike about the product?
Git integration could be improved, also I feel like while the AI features are useful, they are lacking the latest innovations, like something similar to Cursor Composer (effortless multi-file edits) and Windsurf Cascade (agentic workflows). Editing Python files is pretty bad, but form what I heard, that will be fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Development environment for most data projects
Easy to use and quick to setup
What do you like best about the product?
Deepnote lets you spin up virtual machines at the press of a button and attach it to a notebook. It's easy to both integrate with external data sources and set up environment variables. For our team the most valuable thing about deepnote is that it allows us to collaborate and develop POCs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be sluggish at times and personally, I prefer using VS code as my code editor as opposed to a notebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deepnote is helping us collaborate across teams, as well as allowing us to develop quick POCs for our data pipelines.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Machine is easily turned off with the default setting
- with the restart, you need to build everything from the beginning which takes quite some time.
- We only use for explorative purposes so that we don't use them too frequently.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the scheduling of the tasks is very helpful especially for automation engineer roles
Deepnote is easy to use at the viewer level and has all the data necessary to gauge performance.
What do you like best about the product?
Breakouts we are able to see (YoY vs, DoD, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A I just use to view and look at reporting our analytics team builds out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track email and sms opt ins on a daily, weekly, yearly basis
Amazing collaborative tool for data projects!
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to collaborate in real-time with team members, has a great user-friendly interface, and connects with a wide range of data sources, making it all more convenient! It's also inexpensive when compared with other data science tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with large datasets can be slow, and I wish there were more customizable options to visualize data, but the current options are still great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so much easier to collaborate in real time with the team while integrating with a variety of data sources such as GitHub, SQL, and Google Drive. We can also easily share notebooks with others to review our work and for anyone else to extend the work using the existing notebooks.
Great notebook solution for our team
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to run analyses and build simple apps quickly, as a team. It is easy to connected to our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific comes to mind. It does not have many advanced features such as supporting IPyWidgets. Initialization can be a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connected notebooks, instead of local work
Good for collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
It is great for using a notebook simultaneously with other team members. It has many great features for customization and the AI is solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally slow to load notebooks. There's a latency and responsiveness issue that might be inherent with web apps, which has been frustrating. Sometimes I wish there were more choices of machines I could use that have better rates. Not sure if it's a browser issue, but I had issues logging in for the longest time. It would take me to a landing page every time I wanted to log in with a different email, so I couldn't even figure out how to log in and needed to use a different computer or browser, or pull up an old email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with collaboration. It's nice to be able to work on a project with someone else.
