What do you like best about the product?
It's a wonderful platform; the user experience is impressive, and I accomplished all my tasks in just a few clicks, the community is highly valuable.
The oportunity to test the platform like for free is very good.
I definitely plan to use it more each day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I don't have anything to say about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to analyze proposals to find solutions without creating a new project, and it's important because it helps me show my team how to address some problems with a summarized executable view.
Data and market insights
What do you like best about the product?
Deepnote is really great for educational purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes deepnote can't work with large dataset
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deepnote is really orgaized platform which can be integrated with snowflake
Low barrier of entry to processing and getting insights from data
What do you like best about the product?
Advantages include hosting notebook code, a simple integrated edit/run environment, robust integrations with data stores and integration with git when you get serious.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure this is unique to Deepnote but maybe more a function of the "notebook development". Debugging complex code is hard. Modularising code and using custom python libraries is not as slick as it could be. The ability to change custom python code quickly and then have that change reflected across many notebook projects would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with vehicle fleets and they have a lot of vehicle related data. We need to quickly get insights from that data. Initially it was for internal use but with the abilityt to draw charts/graphs it was easy to use that information in customer presentations.
A platform to do a good job in data science
What do you like best about the product?
That I have everything I need to do my data science projects without having to do complex things to do everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there is nothing that I dislike. Everything has gone well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it is helping me with my learning about Machine Learning in Python. On my journey as a data scientist.
Great for beginners and small teams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and great features that are useful for beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free is not fast (but still faster than some of its other competitors that i tried, and very fair for simple projects with limited teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly collaboration but also found its tools for quick analysis very useful
Not the best if you use iPad
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and online collaboration. I like the UI design. I also like that it is easy to just drag and drop files. You don't have to install anything, you just import modules easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience using an iPad to code in Deepnote is not pleasant. Using either Safari or Chrome, the page needs to be refreshed often if you are some minutes away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am planning to use it with my students next semester to share with them notebooks.
Great tool for researching and on-line shearing
What do you like best about the product?
Deepnote ofers a great potential for on-line colaboration over notebooks framework. It offers a terminal, a great directory and many integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to get to devy it lacks structure for it. I doesn't allow you to go deep in modularization or pacaking since mantaining such kind of projects doesn't seems that straight foward. The integration to github crucial for a dev it is not that good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps for data analysis and on-line colaboration without reaching full development enviroment or frameworks. It is easy topresent to non code coleagues
Very useful for DB connection, collaboration, and quick data exploration with Python
What do you like best about the product?
It connects to my Athena database very easily making queries so quick. I can oraganise projects with my team and collaborate with them quickly and easily, and share outputs easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboarding feature needs improvement, only one per project, not per notebook. It should also have a landscape feature. The input options need improvement, triggering them shouldn't re-run the whole notebook. Also an R integration would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data exploration in a collab environment. I can explore data stored in my datalake quickly at a request from senior management.
The best cloud workspace
What do you like best about the product?
Deepnote has some amazing features such as real-time collaboration and the education plan really helped me to use the cloud platform for my research and data science tasks.
The simple interface and easy-to-use make it stand out compared to other platforms.
The simple interface and easy-to-use make it stand out compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deepnote sometimes quickly sets the machine offline and running the entire notebook to restore all the variables is time-consuming. Improving this feature will really help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deepnote makes data analysis tasks easy with the existing integrations which other cloud platforms don't have.
I use Deepnote for all my research now
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features of Deepnote:
1. Super easy to collaborate and delegate work (just send a link or add as editor)
2. No setting up environments (no more "conda env create"s taking up half a gig of space for every project)
3. Easy connection to all major DBs and Google Drive
4. You can create and use python modules
5. Schedule notebook runs with emailed logs

What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much I dislike, but it gets buggy sometimes. They were minor problems so I can't remember exactly what they were.
I wish they had a multi-account feature so I could switch accounts without having to log out and log back in.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do academic research at a business school, so I acquire and analyze data and run models on Deepnote. It's also nice because you can run some quick scripts without having to create separate conda environments.
