What do you like best about the product?

Relatively easier to get the hang of things due to design framework chosen. Another benefit of using fulcrumHQ is the ability to use the app for site related activities.

What do you dislike about the product?

Cross project collaboration through transfer of information or data is limited as current structure is contained within a certain project. This works pretty well is the target audience is contractors with one project, but falls short when working with developers or large scale contractors which multiple projects/contracts at any point in time.

Another limitation is the lack of integration between Submittal & Transmittal module and Digital Forms creation module. It' be great if information can flow between both and not requiring manual re-input.

With Revit being a popular BIM software currently, being able to view Revit models straight on the BIM viewer without the need to convert them into IFC would save a lot of time and make the design process more convenient.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Centralising construction project information. However, current way to search and retrieve information could be improved.
