SAP can be an intuitive system to configure
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how intuitive some areas of the platform are. The endless possibilities and updates to improve systems and comply with standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding the areas to configure certain things.

Conforming with standards and specializing the system for our use.

I like the reporting side of this particular platform when is come to pulling financials for the organization.

In regard to what we use within our organization we need more tools within our SAP to streamline and increase efficiency.

Client is getting all features and functions on a single platforms which makes it easy for client to come out of hassles of handling multiple third party products and licenses

End customers are having challenges to get a right skilled resources for short term requirements as Technology makes it simple to implement and operate. Maintaining wide varity of skilled resources costly and challenging.

it solves complexity of looking for multiple products and licenses. Provides single source for Development, Integration, Business workflows, Data Strategy, and Business AI, SBPA.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform capability. Ability to build using both SAP and non SAP tech stack on the platform makes it a good platform to use. Additionally its inherent ability to connect to SAP ERP is a great benefit.

Getting to know about all the innovation happening is still convoluted

If there are issues with BTP - it is out of your control - your apps are down!

licensing costs, and the need for ABAP development for certain integrations are common criticisms. Additionally, some capabilities still in progress
