BTP Review
What do you like best about the product?
Versatility. It supports a wide variety of areas and acts as the centralised source for development outside the core.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow. It needs to fifus less on the UI cos tech peeps are more about getting the functionality in place rather than how their tool looks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to keep the core clean and have all developments that are business specific outside the PaaS.
Using SAP Technology for Polymer application
What do you like best about the product?
Tools like SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Analytics helped me in My polymer laboratory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mostly, performance issues in complex scenarios as also the cost of the software, but, the complex learning curve a little bit difficult which should be rectify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems like data silos and fragmentation, manual workflow system are the types of problems that solved by SAP .

We can not use T Code in SAP Business One

My experience with SAP Business Technology Platform for business purpose
What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform is good for companies which are mainly focusing on their businesses, manages complex data very easily and also it automates many tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform has many different features, so a normal person needs to training for use this. Also procedure of use this platform is good but costs a lot for small businesses. This tool is not very easy to setup. Customer support is main part of every platform, for this platform it is good but sometimes slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company's ERP system model, the crucial part is handling the huge numbers of users data and some confidential information. Also storing those user's info in the cloud will be increase the risks of cyber attacks. Also application requiring processing , so sometimes faces delays due to network latency. So for these issues , SAP BTP provides security features like data encryption, threat detection, access control. Also the uses of SAP HANA is reduce processing delays.
It was very inspiring and insightful.

I like it's interface like-data management, analytics, application development. I seamlessly integrate data across various systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I really realised is the cost of ownership and customisation of licence, subscriptions etc. especially for business.

Mostly, disjointed business systems and data silos like things make it difficult to get a unified view of operations.

As an AWS Solutions Architect working in a data security and backup organization, I really like how SAP Business Technology Platform integrates with various AWS services, leveraging the scalability, security, and flexibility of AWS to enhance its capabilities

Simplifying the process of deploying SAP BTP workloads on AWS, like pre-configured templates (for example : AWS CloudFormation or Terraform scripts), would accelerate adoption.

We use AWS Lambda to build serverless extensions for SAP BTP applications, reducing the operational overhead of managing infrastructure. Also leverage SAP BTP's SAP Extension Suite alongside AWS compute services like EC2, Fargate, or ECS for building and deploying modern applications.
These are all beneficial in having scalability and flexibility to handle unpredictable workloads.
