What I like most about SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) is how it brings everything together in one place. The time neededto get used to it. It's always hard to learn a new program/ecosystem. Though SapBus makes it easy compared to others

What do you like best about the product?
It was very quick to get-in-touch with a customer service agent. There are lots of buttons to click around and explore.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service agent was unprofessional. The services are not laid out in a way for lay-people to understand, and it seems as though this platform is a business scam, the more I try to navigate it. I would stay away. I am sure that there are plenty of other platforms out there that do a much better job of what services they offer.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like the best about SAP BTP is its flawless integration proficiency and dynamic automation tools. The platform combines with both SAP and non-SAP systems so perfectly which makes it a great choice for my diverse tech environment. Its cloud native infrastructure is extremely useful for scaling and the security of this platform gives me opportunity to handle sensitive data. Also the customer support is very helpful for any issue/query.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instead of being a powerful platform, mastering all the features can be time consuming for a new team member because of its complexity. Although ease of implementation is there but mastering all the functionalities takes time and work. In addition the pricing can be a bit higher for smaller business/startups with less budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP Business Technology platform helps to solve many major issues regarding handling and scaling cloud configuration for business. It has become easier for me and my team members to deploy and manage softwares without worrying about the framework. This has been our saviour as we do not have to think about capacity limits or servers.
