Multiple Cloud platform used as a SAAS/PAAS for Enterprise Services
What do you like best about the product?
The Invocing & tax assessment used for the PO Order fulfillment is automated using SAP BT and it makes it very easy to fulfill the payments by the business team.It improves effeciency and provides security at the highest level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The modules selection has not given us any combo pricing and so it is expensive when multiple modules are taken from SAP BT. Also, the UI/UX can be improved overall as it is still old age tech that is followed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Data management & back end applications get integrated with INFOR for the Purchase order invoicing. The integration earlier to ERP was not efficient and SAP BTP helps us to solve that problem effeciently.
Platform to build, deploy and host all you buisness apps
What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform offeres many many tools, if you have a problem that needs solving and you are wonder does SAP has a tool for it there is good chance there is,from data storage to hosting you apps and can be easiy itergated with each othere if you are going to use those tools, DevOps is also there if you need somehelp with cloud so i terms of Customer Support they have a good support.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP build apps offers a convinient wasy to build apps with low code ot no code with jsut drag drop funtions but in my experience if there is anything slightly complex it just fails to work correctly better to code all the logic than to direct arrows.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently came across a review of SAP Business Technology Platform, and it immediately made me think of our ongoing discussions about optimizing our digital strategy. Its versatility and comprehensive suite of tools, emphasizing its potential to empower organizations like ours with innovation and scalability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been thinking a lot about how much we depend on technology these days. But the more we rely on it, the bigger the chance of something going wrong with our security. We're talking about things like hackers getting into our systems and stealing important information. It's happening more and more, and it's something we need to be really careful about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, it's hard to make sense of all the different data we have. It's scattered everywhere and comes in all sorts of shapes and sizes. But with SAP Business Technology Platform, things are a lot easier. They give us tools like SAP HANA Database and Data Management solutions, which help us bring all our data together in one place.
Way forward for all SAP implementations
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which integration can be performed from cloud to on-premise systems and also how it can seamlessly integrate with Cloud connector without having the hassle to open firewall ports from cloud to on-premises.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is unstable sometimes and has unplanned outages. We have noticed this in multiple SAP BTP products like Business application studio, NEO GIT and SAP build workzone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have transitioned from on-premises to HANA cloud and are seeing a 50% decrease in the run times of queries. Also, we have implemented SAP Mobile start which enables users to access apps on the fly on mobile.
EASY ACCESSIBILITY
What do you like best about the product?
The screens and systems are very intuitive to access where we can view all the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't know if it's because of the internet or the program crashes and disconnects. Sometimes the screen stays stuck even after disconnecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unify consumer registration information. Being able to collect previous information about a specific customer. Have historical information about the customer.

Integration with 3rd party tools to streamline processes

High level of personalisation brings also fine tuning effort to be done in setting-up the tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting capabilities on worl-wide installed base
Turn Data into Action with ease with BTP
What do you like best about the product?
It helps us in integrating various datasets and getting our data in to one place, so that we can perform operations in one place, additionally BTP provides various integrations, also provides actionable steps using AI, initially we might struggle but then easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find such things as of now, other than few occasional issues with out context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the things, keeping all data sources under one umbrella, providing analytics.

Some SAP BTP screens have clumsy UI with horizontal and vertical scrolling

Connecting AI and ML into business process
Excellent integrations, made our work much easier
What do you like best about the product?
It's integrations, connecting different data sources, providing various analytics, insights that's useful for us, and best thing is it provides us utils to automate our work it's no-code tools, you can do all these with ease, even non-technical person can do in most of the cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionally it was good for the requirements satisfaction, but it can still improve a lot in UX part, and the authentication part, and as it maintains lots of stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the business processes is big saver, gathering data from all different sources, keeping available at one place, processing the data and data analytics is more useful feature we're making use.
SAP BTP: Bringing Top Performance for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform has helped us build applications effortlessly with low code options which in turn helped to complete projects more quickly increasing the efficiency of our staff. It's easy to create global account and manage sub accounts. Data security is high priority for our organisation and SAP BTP helps us by keeping sensitive information protected. We are able to solve our clients issue more quickly which has helped us build trust with our clients. The open data format helps us upload and download data in a normalized way which reduces the complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
We weren't able to find much limitations in this tool apart from current error logs which can be more detailed helping in troubleshooting for development and deployment issues like connector in cloud throws 503 error which wasn't easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us in optimizing our data collection process helping us gain deep understanding of our client with the help of AI which was a big headache and time consuming process for our analytic and DBA teams. SAP BTP generates high quality and accurate reports which helps us take important decisions.
