Reduce unnecessary integrations and simplify the whole process with SAP BTP.
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion the SAP BTP has many benefits. First of all, there is having capabilities that are industry specific and can enhance the performance of the customer, raising the associated sales. The more innovative capability of SAP Build easily allows the implementation of the product in a different kind of situation.
BTP also serves as strong backup in performing the process for SAP backend companies with the transaction process for enormous transaction volume. It is just that it is not recommended for the workflow and process orchestration that is not SAP specific. However, when it is done right, it promises reductions in integrations and more creativities.

What do you dislike about the product?
SAP BTP doesn't really have any problem in itself but when integrating SAP BTP into your business, it can become very hard to calculate that how much it will cost to set it up or how much it will cost in the long run. As the pricing structure is very complex and can increase or decrease depending on what you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP BTP helps us to simply the overall process and process enormous transaction data to improve our customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Increasing efficiency and conformity is made easier by using several aspects of the SAP Business Technology Platform. Plus, SAP IRPA allows for the automation of purchasing orders, which eliminates the need for human labor and hence eliminating any mistakes and delays. Also supplier and buyer chatbots can also be created using SAP Conversational AI which further reduces the need for human labor. You can also link SAP with various data and applications using the Integration & Extension Suite so you aren't restricted to only using SAP products.
What do you dislike about the product?
SAP BTP is very complex to learn and use and integrating it with our system was also very complicated and took a considerable amount of time. So they should make the integration process much more simpler or provide a very strcutured guide to integrate it with other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SAP BTP makes our operations more efficient and simpler by using automation and AI which eliminates the need for human labor.
SAP BTP Platform is both powerful and essential for our organization.
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to managing controls, risk, SOD and access, I feel that SAP BTP's monitoring and applications are invaluable. Thanks to the new applications, we can now more easily simplify our processes to keep up with our fast growth. Also data management is an area where SAP Build really shines. Everything from processing digital documents to creating templates and doing analyses has been made much easier with its help. But I will confess that SAP BTP isn't always easy to get the hang of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to more quickly construct solution diagrams and peruse reports, especially with filters, is something I'd really like. More people would be able to use the system if prices were better for small and medium sized businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's seamless integration with our system has helped us process large amounts of data quickly and identify the needs of our customers.
Comprehensive and robust platform for different technological solutions and SaaS applications
What do you like best about the product?
It is integral in the solutions it offers, we are currently testing it with the CRM service that allows us to track e-commerce and monitor sales funnels, and they also have an integration with Dialogflow CX that facilitates management and automates processes when conversing with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
the main disadvantages I see are their costs, which can be a bit high compared to other competitors. It should be noted that a specialized IT team is necessary for their implementations. Of course, the large number of courses they offer is also appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they identified that their implementations are somewhat complex even for users with previous experience in SaaS platforms, and for this, they implemented a robust section of courses. This greatly facilitates the management of the platform with the IT team.

Cloud technology that stores business sensitive information. And allows us to make better decision making for where to focus our content strategy.
SAP BTP can easily handle massive datasets and complex workloads.
What do you like best about the product?
I found that using services like SDI, event mesh, and iflows from the SAP Business Technology Platform made integrating and monitoring our processes much easier. This helped us shorten the time by a considerable amount it took to bring our products to market. Also with the assistance of these services our programmers and analysts were able to test and ensure that our systems could handle large datasets. Additionally the event mesh has proven to be very helpful in focusing on important events which made us more efficient as we can now ignore the unimportant ones.

Just like any other enterprise software solution, SAP BTP is also very expensive and requires professional and experienced people to handle it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can handle large and complex datasets effortlessly as a result the time required to market our products has decreased considerably.

When comes to Dislike which comes to my mind is some users may find BTP's interface and setup process complex, especially for beginners or those unfamiliar with SAP's ecosystem. Customer support need to be improve.
