EASY ACCESSIBILITY
What do you like best about the product?
The screens and systems are very intuitive to access where we can view all the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don't know if it's because of the internet or the program crashes and disconnects. Sometimes the screen stays stuck even after disconnecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unify consumer registration information. Being able to collect previous information about a specific customer. Have historical information about the customer.

High level of personalisation brings also fine tuning effort to be done in setting-up the tools

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us in integrating various datasets and getting our data in to one place, so that we can perform operations in one place, additionally BTP provides various integrations, also provides actionable steps using AI, initially we might struggle but then easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find such things as of now, other than few occasional issues with out context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the things, keeping all data sources under one umbrella, providing analytics.

Better User and Developer experience when compared to classical SAP GUI.

Connecting AI and ML into business process
Excellent integrations, made our work much easier
What do you like best about the product?
It's integrations, connecting different data sources, providing various analytics, insights that's useful for us, and best thing is it provides us utils to automate our work it's no-code tools, you can do all these with ease, even non-technical person can do in most of the cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Functionally it was good for the requirements satisfaction, but it can still improve a lot in UX part, and the authentication part, and as it maintains lots of stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the business processes is big saver, gathering data from all different sources, keeping available at one place, processing the data and data analytics is more useful feature we're making use.

What do you like best about the product?
SAP Business Technology Platform has helped us build applications effortlessly with low code options which in turn helped to complete projects more quickly increasing the efficiency of our staff. It's easy to create global account and manage sub accounts. Data security is high priority for our organisation and SAP BTP helps us by keeping sensitive information protected. We are able to solve our clients issue more quickly which has helped us build trust with our clients. The open data format helps us upload and download data in a normalized way which reduces the complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
We weren't able to find much limitations in this tool apart from current error logs which can be more detailed helping in troubleshooting for development and deployment issues like connector in cloud throws 503 error which wasn't easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us in optimizing our data collection process helping us gain deep understanding of our client with the help of AI which was a big headache and time consuming process for our analytic and DBA teams. SAP BTP generates high quality and accurate reports which helps us take important decisions.

Multiple utility tool in one place , database management , data analysis all in one ppace makes it very useful for any organisation

High implementation cost make it deficult to buy for small organisations

Extremely user-friendly, and had a really great platform with frequent updates to fix bugs and create a sustainable environment. Simple interface with a lot of potential.

Could use a design update. Overall not the most visually enticing.

I primarily used it to capture financial data and run an analysis on reporting functions

SAP Business Technology Platform I found good because it brings you all new and updated technology. I have also seen its one of most effiecint for large data monetization.

The cost of upgrade and maintainance they should lower.

The enhancing database and data management of platform is more promising to use it. Also, they provide great level of support through blogs & help.
